Both these sides are struggling for consistency in 2018, the Cowboys especially. They can’t find ways to score points and rely too heavily on Zeke Elliott.
They haven’t drafted well enough to cover the loss of Jason Witten and Dez Bryant and are lacking offensive weapons.
The defence was great until last week when they lost Sean Lee again and now they are in another hole. They will be lucky to make it to plus .500 this season.
Lucky for them, they are facing a Texans side who are in a worse situation.
The Texans are a basket case. They have much the same issues as Dallas, no offensive weapons, no defence and lacking points per game.
The good news for them is they finally got a win last week when they came from behind to beat the Colts and they play at home this week.
This really could be a no touchdown game, but let’s be honest, it could be 35-33 also.
Prediction:
Both teams are starting to find their feet in 2018 but the Cowboys will be too strong today.
Cowboys win 17-13.
