Damning security vision of New England Patriots' latest 'spygate' scandal

Fox Sports has released vision captured by Cincinnati Bengals security staff surrounding the latest ‘spygate’ scandal involving the New England Patriots.

A video team linked to the Patriots “Do your job” docu-series has been accused of acting improperly after attending the Bengals’ game against the Cleveland Browns to capture vision of one of the Patriots’ scouts at work.

However, the cameras were reported to have instead largely focused on filming the Bengals sideline – a team the Patriots would be facing next game.

The Fox Sports vision shows cameramen had been filming the Bengals coaching staff and players, an act which was questioned by security.

The Patriots have maintained the incident was a simple mistake from the videographer and not an intentional act to gain an advantage, while the individual at the centre of the controversy has been suspended.

Even with the scandal swirling, Bill Belichick’s men had few issues overcoming Cincinnati, claiming a 21-point victory.

The Patriots were previously penalised in 2007 for filming New York Jets staff on field.
