Great piece Tim. Unfortunately it is true. It is predictable. Can do the same in EPL.
Same old same old.
And again – the fans that pay the price.
And they will by n large.
Why? Cause human spirit will always triumph & prevail over the incongruent fabric we find ourselves in today. Hence – our Cinderella stories of the NRL. They are the real deal, & that’s why the fans keep turning up, cause not only do they relate to the fairytale but it is a reflection of themselves.

Yes we can argue for most teams that they need a forward or back to compete. On the other side of that we can argue that a bunch of teams do have the right personnel. And of those top tier teams only 1 wins @ the end of the day. What happened to the rest?
