D grade school prop and Reds tragic, will also get behind Cowboys and Broncos. Rarely miss watching a test match by Kangaroo's, Wallabies or Oz cricket. Outside of the Roar I am an assistant junior rugby coach and enjoy racing out of Whitsunday Sailing Club.

As I said Chook unsettling, I have watched the Reds snatch defeat from the jaws of victory so many times.

And QLD is the destination of choice why else would Mexicans hide in car boots to get in.

Super Rugby Week 9: The ultimate pen round

As a Reds tragic can I say how unusual (and unsettling) it is to see the Reds as favourites!

Super Rugby Week 9: The ultimate pen round

1am Sat night we lock out all Mexicans. It will be a fast post game debrief in the sheds prior to heading to Mascot

Apologies, misread your comment

Dear Australian rugby: Cool your jets. Love, Australian rugby

‘But the 6 & 8 need to earn their spots’ And that sums up all that is wrong about the make up of the WallyB’s forwards over the last four years.

Dear Australian rugby: Cool your jets. Love, Australian rugby

Music to my ears Dan McKellar, I find it disturbing that after a few games of promise a player is WallyB ready as well. Angus Bell is a classic example he scored a nifty try on debut and was parachuted into national colours by Tah supporters despite not being able to scrum. Ditto Mark Nawaqanitse (spelling sorry)
I do not believe Mcreight and Wilson are International standard backrowers and I am a huge Reds fan.
And that is what the bench is for, maybe Wilson and Valentini can make a debut from the bench this year and get a taste of test footy to help them develop.

Comment of the year Rob, LMFAO.

The Wrap: Super Rugby AU comes of age in Canberra thriller

Good call on Blyth Harry he played the full 80 and went through the Brumbies maul on one occasion to get the ball carrier.

Super Rugby AU Round 5 team lists: Petaia returns for the Reds as Rebels welcome back Wallaby forward

Thanks Simmo for your services to Qld & Oz rugby. Geez you look odd wearing blue. Green with some white will look much better.

Waratahs skipper Rob Simmons seals move overseas

That would be great, throw in some mid week games.

Springboks coach casts doubt on 2020 Rugby Championship

Well Jacko keeps telling us that NZ rugby have $92 million in the bank and a broadcast deal dripping with cash, so count the NZRU out TWAS.

Springboks coach casts doubt on 2020 Rugby Championship

I had savoury tripe from a Puerto Rican deli in a dodgy area of Manhattan once, very tasty.
The tripe News Corp serve up reminds me of my Dad attempting to cook it, the dogs would not eat it and even the fox that frequented the yard would not touch it – unpalatable.

The Wrap: Truth proves elusive as Superman Suaalii saga rages on

Great read Peter.
In answer to the question posed in the articles headline: “Can’t we all just get along”?
As someone wiser than me once coined – ‘In a two horse race always back self interest’

After the Aratipu report, can’t we all just get along?

I don’t have an issue with anything the NZRU have done OB. They were upfront and said the review is about NZ rugby and the All Blacks. To invite 3-4 teams into a Trans Tasman comp is very good of them. Unfortunately there are 5 teams here and as I said in my post I do not want to see more supporters marginalised with a your in, your out approach.

Seeing the Force punted last time was terrible. No more of that, not now, never again.

What suits NZ does not suit Oz right now.
So RA should continue to stumble and bumble and plod along and try and get their act together. Use the space as a reset.

Critics keep coming for NZ Rugby over proposed breakaway comp

Jacko lives in Australia, does not like RA, does not like Australian rugby, does not like Australian rugby fans but will gladly interpret what Australian rugby fans want.

Critics keep coming for NZ Rugby over proposed breakaway comp

Oz rugby have enough problems, the last thing the code needs is to marginalise more supporters by agreeing to NZRU terms for a 1 year comp.
Thanks for the offer but No thanks NZ, we can stuff it up just fine without your help.

Critics keep coming for NZ Rugby over proposed breakaway comp

“NZR have already intimated considering a total break away from WR” – please explain how that one works?
Maybe similar to USA baseball having a world championship between US Clubs!

Bat dung ain’t boring Chook. It is tar like in consistency and difficult to remove from a surface once it dries. I find it presence annoying rather than boring.

The weekend that made Super Rugby AU

Toowoomba would be an excellent home for QLD Country, on the fringe of the coastal suburban sprawl so lower costs and better access to infrastructure. But also small enough to tap into country spirit for support.

Basing a team up here in CQ or NQ is commercial suicide. It’s League heartland.

Dear Rugby Australia, make the NRC the main game

I think the days of flying around the world for a Super rugby game are over. The cost is too high for the return. Less travel for games is more than likely in the future.

Rugby Australia coy after NZ announce preferred Super Rugby format

‘Refusal to catch the ball’ love that line Soapit. For many years the Reds game plan seemed to be to bring the opposition side down to their level and beat them with experience.

The solution going forward for trans-Tasman rugby

Interesting read Geoff, lots to ponder too many questions and not any immediate answers.
Being a shallow person I think I will ignore the big picture and bask in the glory of the Reds playing two games without a loss and topping the Super Rugby AU table.
