On one hand existence of 3 formats has over complicated the game, but it is sad if we loose the beauty of the ODI’s.

Yet most of the pitches in first class level are still on the slower side. Hopefully they too will follow the trend. Although SLC is going in the right direction in that regard it is disappointing to see their attitude about Test Cricket. (Already quite a few Tests from the calendar have been sacked.)
