The dynasty is for the 2003-2019 period. As I stated, the dynasty is defined by consecutive seasons where the team lost no more than 50% of their games.
In 2001 and 2002 the Storm lost more than 50% of their games, thus their current dynasty began in 2003.
From 2003-2019 the Storm have won 2 titles.
