So we lost to the Heart, does that really mean Sydney FC still aren't underdogs for the title or that we aren't the best…
Sydney FC have scored what I consider a 'beauty'. The Socceroos captain, Lucas Neill. Lucas Neill is just what Sydney FC needs. Someone with…
Lance Armstrong has confessed. The Oprah Winfrey interview is over. What's next in this whole saga? Well with Armstrong's confession comes all the law…
Armstrong is reported to have confessed to Oprah Winfrey during their interview which will be aired on Thursday in America. This may be all…
All I read on Twitter during the game Sunday night against the Melbourne Heart was people putting Sydney FC and their performance down. They…
The defending is bad, and that is why I said build from the back. Make the defence solid and rest will fall into place. Our attack with ADP, Griffiths and Antonis isn’t bad. Our backline needs a kick up the bum. Neill was brought in to try and strengthen it but hasn’t done much so far.

I wrote this over a week ago and its taken them ages to publish. Emerton should have his marquee status removed. That’d free up a position there. He needs to improve. My original article I published on a site that I’m an admin of http://www.fromthestandsal.com/2013/02/27/sydney-fc-the-champions-in-hiding/

Yeah I know, I submitted this piece a few days after we lost to heart and it took them at least a week to publish it. I originally published it at http://www.fromthestandsal.com/2013/02/27/sydney-fc-the-champions-in-hiding/

It’s a good thing for both club and player along with the aleague. Here’s what I think about it: http://www.fromthestandsal.com/2013/02/16/sydney-fc-sign-lucas-neill/
Lucas Neill signs for Sydney FC, shuns Heart
That red card should never have been. And it is badly timed decision in the current sporting landscape of Australia where cheating is making all the headlines. NRL and AFL’s problems with drugs, football’s problem with match fixing world wide show this. I wrote a full article here on the possible repercussions of it: http://www.fromthestandsal.com/2013/02/09/match-fixing-and-what-the-a-league-does-not-need/
Adelaide down Melbourne in A-League
Check out this, there is a video of the red card incident. He barely touched him and studs were down when contact possibly occurred: http://www.fromthestandsal.com/2013/02/09/match-fixing-and-what-the-a-league-does-not-need/

Nah, I believe WSW is the best thing to happen to Sydney FC. They now can focus on a smaller demographic and capture the lot. This is Sydney FC’s revival time, and they will come out on top, bigger and better than ever before.
Another problem WSW face is stadium size. They need a larger home ground capacity if they want to get bigger than Sydney
Time to ramp up the Sydney-Melbourne rivalry

I don’t think WSW will become bigger. Especially not if Sydney win against MV. The sky blues have gone through some tough times this season, and wsw have had a pretty good run. Wait a few years and see, but I believe WSW will always be the Man City of Sydney.
Heres a good few articles on it:

Thats an interesting Match Preview, but here’s another take on the game: http://www.fromthestandsal.com/2013/01/24/the-big-blue-match-preview/
Big Blue, Australia’s national derby
But if more money was pumped back into teams from TV rights, prize money etc, there would less need to dope to perform to get money. Riders also dope in fear that if they don’t perform they won’t have a team.
Post Lance: What's next for cycling?
I believe that confessing will only make that issue worse, and that he will still end up paying 50+ Million. Landis is smart though to as he can get up to 30% of what is paid in the suit. So if he gets the government joining, he will get a lot of money.
Why is Armstrong confessing?
I like my 4-3-3 formation with a few possible variations. As I’ve said in previous comments, I originally post this on http://www.fromthestandsal.com/2013/02/27/sydney-fc-the-champions-in-hiding/ and it includes a quick graphic I did to show rough formation. However ADP should be holding forward not on last man…
