As an Argie point of view. Looks like soccer in the 90s with Bosman Law . South American soccer clubs top the world, Sao Pablo destroying Milan and Barcelona in 1992, and 1993, Argentina world champion in 1986 an finalist 1990, Brazil world champion in 1994. Australia have to adapt. Top tier in rugby are NZ, SA, England, France and Ireland. Then comes Wales, Scotland, Australia ,Argentina, Italy and Fiyi. You have to accept reality, make a Long term program, for grassroots, U20, sevens, local comps, pro comps , SR. Start all over accepting reality. Only way to go up. Your own way.

'Our talent is spread too thin': Ex-Wallabies captain urges Rugby Australia to cut Super teams

Well , its a time zone of 1 billion People. Latin América , and US and Canadá also. A game saturday late evening here its Sunday noon in Australia/NZ, perfect to have a barbecue with friends

'Ready to go': Jaguares set for early return to Super Rugby if Rebels fall over

Well, there is a lot players outside the Pumas in Europe, and a lot of players in SLAR and clubs from domestic comps. Jags will be competitive anyway. If all Pumas go to Jags, no good for Argentina,

'Ready to go': Jaguares set for early return to Super Rugby if Rebels fall over

So Jags did what Australia and NZ asked for. Put most of the Pumas in Jags. It was a simple case of “Be careful what you wish”. Argentina have easily 100 players to pick from. Even Italy is picking from there. But hey, Argentina is a SF of the RWC, and current númber 1 of the world in Seven Series by a mile. As Pichot said. Ready to Go.

Based the team in Sidney. For sure latins and argies living there will support , more tickets, no travel, better level.

not fare, you have to compare in usd dollars first the incomes, etc, salaries goes from 400 usd dollars to 1000 per mont, for bad/medium wages.

'Ready to go': Jaguares set for early return to Super Rugby if Rebels fall over

sorry I confused Western Force (Perth) to Western Sidney.

Well regarding money and fans…. Please answer (respectfully)
How many Argies fans travelled to the RWC and how many Wallabies fans??? 15K to 5K ? 20k to 3k? 30k to 10k? 3 times more Argentina.

'Ready to go': Jaguares set for early return to Super Rugby if Rebels fall over

Dead Time zone? Same as US, And 600 millions from Latin América ??

My uncle lives in Sidney. Last week he came back from Rosario. Flight from BA, Santiago, Auckland , Sidney, by Qantas Even a charter must stop in the same places to refuel. Unless the old Transpolar of Aerolíneas, but I guess it stopped in Usuhaia and Tasmania

Also without SA, less flights, a Kind of tour, 4 games abroad, 4 at home, then 3 and 3, so jags only 4 long flights in lets say 14 games. Only one flight for 7 of the others. Its possible.

'Ready to go': Jaguares set for early return to Super Rugby if Rebels fall over

Argentina grassroots are booming in quantity, size, speed and quality. Dozens of players from 18 years old are going away to Italy, France, Spain, the US. Easily Jaguares will be competitive again in 2 seasons, not depending on current Pumas abroad, even more than a few will return to play in Jaguares. It was a process. Pathways and programmes are clear and working, just watch Pumas Sevens right now. UAR is doing well with 5% budget of RFU.

I do not Know if these Argie team will win a medal or even the svns 2024 due to format issues. But since 6 months ago they are without any question the best in the world. First time in history that Argentina are the best in the world in rugby. At sevens of course. Perhaps some day we lift the Web Ellis. I thought I would die without seeing Pumas beating Abs, and I saw it twice already. So we fans are allowed to dream

Dressing not… but singing chanting and supporting the boys, we Argies are perhaps the best fans

Double disappointment: Aussie men and women go down in Perth Sevens finals as Ireland snap hoodoo

Well I do not think that the mens final were decided for that yellow. 7 vs 7 was 24-5 . Finally, at last, Argentina is on top of the world in rugby, in sevens, clear number 1. The team is a well oiled machine. Incredibly, both Ireland and Australia in semis and final almost couldn’t touch the Ball. It was superb
