Poor culture at Collingwood and to fix that you need to get rid of Buckley and McGuire. Their influence permeates throughout the club resulting in mediocrity at all levels. Look at their indigenous recruitment compared to most other clubs with Varcoe being the only indigenous player on their list in 2020. Top indigenous talent think twice about going their because of their culture and racist attitude. Paying Grundy a $1M for 7 years starting 2021 has Eddie’s signature all over it. He had better get back to All Australian form soon on that money.
Attitudes like Adam “better list” Treloar who thinks words speak louder than actions on the field will add to cultural failings nurtured by the McGuire regime. No wonder his on field decision making is poor with though processes like that. He needs a good hard look at himself before he can influence games like Dangerfield and Dustin Martin and make a “better list”. Clubs would only want him at clearing sale rates as there are reasons why Collingwood are dropping him like a hot scone.
To fix Collingwood you need to start at the top and work your way down.

Heritier Lumumba is very clear on his views on the CFC that have certainly not been addressed to his satisfaction and he seems to have team mates who support his account of events. Get your own house in order before making unfounded comments.
