So much saltiness here on this Roar forum. Enough salt to create another Dead Sea.

Raelene Castle resigns as Rugby Australia CEO

Sacked. Jobless. Shunned. Shamed and a giant fall from grace , it seems. In 2019, that was Folau. Castle went out of her way to destroy him, unsuccessfully. He’s in a beautiful part of France, getting along well with his team, with his wife, apparently expecting a baby. In 2020, she’s where he was, in a coup featuring Nick Farr-Jones, a strong Christian and supporter of Folau. Could this be God’s Will? Martyn Iles of the ACL just asked his followers to pray for Raelene, and that the Lord loves Raelene. Martyn is a good man, he says to his followers, “Don’t laugh, don’t rejoice, don’t be smug.” And just like that, millions of Christians are asking for forgiveness for laughing, rejoicing and being smug.

just a tickle…

Did this kick to the unmentionables deserve a red card?

Not sure if Messi deserves that award, as much as I love that bloke. Hamilton absolutely…

Who is looking forward to SBW vs IF?? Anyone knows how to get live streaming?

SBW proves doubters wrong in second Super League outing

Look at social media. Seems that more people are fed up with the histrionics and I reckon Folau has a lot more support from most people. A lot of fans have tuned in to watch Catalans. As long as he continues to play well Catalans will do very well from the extra traffic.

SBW proves doubters wrong in second Super League outing

Izzy Folau’s media coverage is 10 times than of Sonny Bills 🙂 and I think he gets paid 400k a year. Great bargain for the Dragons. Still not convinced SBW is worth this much…

SBW proves doubters wrong in second Super League outing

For $5 million per year, he should be making 50 tackles ….

i apologize for hurting your feelings

no…what i am saying is you tell porkies and give excuses when your porkies are exposed 🙂 Your original comment was Waratahs are “yet to win the SR” and when pointed out to you that’s not true, your response was to change your line of argument to “largely unsuccessful”. My point is simple: Folau has played 5.5 years with the Tahs during which they won the SR, and came third on two other occasions.

It’s clear your selective blindness doesn’t just apply to Crusaders but to Folau as well. Folau joined the Tahs in 2013 and from 2013-2019, with the exception of the Tahs in 2014, the competitions has been won by NZ teams. During this time the Tahs came third on two other occasions, reaching the semi-finals. With the exception of the Brumbies in 2013, no other Australian team were in the top 3 during 2013-2019. In fact, the only non NZ team to feature in the top 3 is the Lions, and they never won the SR. Essentially, the Tahs and the Lions were the most successful non NZ team in the SR during the Folau era, and I would give it to the Tahs who was the only team to break the monopoly by NZ teams.

In 2014, the Tahs beat the Crusaders to win the Super Rugby – that season Folau scored a record 12 tries. The Waratahs are dead last at the moment. Don’t let facts get in the way though as it does look like you can’t admit Folau was hugely successful in rugby.

Thanks, Obi-Wan.

It’s all relative, TWAS. Compared to you with your 10 million comments every year, everyone is “silent”.

haha Jacko – i reckoned RO did say that, but to be fair, he was not the only one.

He promised everyone he won’t post a Folau article last year, then proceeded to write one after Folau got signed to Catalans Dragons. He is stewing inside, and it’s a go(o)d bet he will write one again!

It’s quite amusing. Not only do they click, but they can’t suppress their virtues which must be signaled to toe world through forums like this, which then generate more responses, and so on.

Exactly. Uncle and Auntie Kearney would never go to that match.

Wakefield coach banned from Folau comments

In the serve and volley era, Federer would have beaten Nadal and Djoko. What’s your point?

The GOAT debate has become a Djoke

When the big 3 leaves the scene, men’s tennis will go south for at least one generation. No one will be able to take them seriously until the Thiems etc make their mark. Having said that, Thiem played very well, just unlucky to face yet again another giant.

The illusion of the 'next big thing'

The crowd will still love Fed more though, if the crowd’s reaction was anything to go by…

Still the King! Novak Djokovic outlasts Dominic Thiem in epic Australian Open final

As a Spurs supporter, I was happy when Jose took over (I love Poch too). Let’s face it – we are not going to win anything this year, and Jose’s reactions during the game are not infrequently highlights on their own

The moment Jose Mourinho comically forgot he was actually meant to get mad

it doesn’t matter too much to him now because he already has a good payout from RA.
