Interesting read and selections. Think you are incorrect on some and reasons. Time is too short to address but thanks for your opinions.

Form, potential or experience. Which way will the Wallaby selectors go?

What a joke ! Folau and his misfuided followers are using “spin” to try and use the arguments of FOS and religious freedoms instead of the tea ‘ll issue of breach of contract. IF you are generous and have spare cash, donate it to kids fighting for their lives, not to a millionaire sportsman who doesn’t have the conviction to spend his own money (except for the paltry 4 weeks salary of $100,000) .

Why I donated to Israel Folau - and why I will again

Expecting to win the $80 million tonight. Also expecting the Canes to beat the Crusaders. Further expecting the Brumbies to beat the Jags and host the Final. Are my expectations, expectable? Not really, but can only live in hope.

Four very deserving winners to lift the Super Rugby cup from here

Israel. NOW the pressure mounts on you. You might have to dig into your large property portfolio and liquidate about 20% to raise the 3 million. Gee, I feel for you!

GoFundMe removes Israel Folau's fundraiser over terms of service breach

Highlander, what a sad attempt to “influence” persons, create a bit if social media hype on the eve of a great match. Shame on you!

Can the Sharks bring attention to the Brumbies ‘interesting’ lineout tactics?

Looks like “principles” can cost a lot if money. Feel a bit for Israel, he’s had to spend about 4 weeks salary so far to bring himself headlines and attempt to destroy the game. OMG!

Folau hoping to crowd-fund legal case against Rugby Australia

Super Rugby quarter finals: Reset the counters

Haha- I hope Jackson has his normal game and the Chiefs come away with a win. Good for the Brumbies (I hope). Dust off the whistle Glen and keep those Argies honest. They’ve been getting away with murder all year. Time to even it up!????????

Super Rugby quarter finals: Reset the counters

Landers – Saders have to lose sometime so hoping for an ambush here.
Chiefs – on a surge and I want to see them travel to ACT for the semi v the Ponies.
Canes
Brumbies – no travel, too clinical, bloody freezing!

Looking forward to all games.

Super Rugby quarter finals: Reset the counters

Hey Brett, saw on rugby.com.au they picked a herd of 12 Brumbies in the Aussie Super Team of the year. IMO, they won’t get 12 into the 23, more likely 8

The Brumbies: The best Australian team is the one we’d all forgotten about

Whether by design or accident, QLD produces about 40% of Aussie Super players. Prob ably always has and will. Lads, as a group look good but Super rugby week in, week out is a different beast and it’ll be interesting to see how many of these lads transition into being great Super players and beyond.

The Junior Wallabies offer RA a way forward – just don't call them a 'golden generation'

James, great article on “Aussie” Mike. He has ended up being a “journeyman” but a good footy player and a gentleman to “boot”. Thanks for the memories James.

Aussie abroad: Mike Harris

Hooper and Phipps showed great TEAM leadership. Even Cheika did as well. Throw in Genia and maybe Beal. Good to see.

The Waratahs' leaders, not Israel Folau, have led to this disastrous season

Fantastic- well done lads , bring it home!!!

Junior Wallabies surge into historic World Championship final

He might do a better job than who we have ATM.

Maybe Scott. Robertson may be the 6th prop but he is a shadow of Slipper, Sio and Keps. Think he’ll make the squad but not the 23. Agree with your back row options but surely not Ned

Why this Super Rugby season will see a huge shake-up at the Wallabies

Ready, know what you are saying but Arnold has been the form lock all season. He will jave to be picjed by the panel, even if Cheika has reseevation. Same with FF to a large degree but the Smokey for him is Ulese. Combinations with props may rip the balance in his favour. For me
1. Slipper – much higher work rate then Sio
2. FF then Ulese (If fit)
3. AAA then Kepu (Thor has regressed)
4/5. Arnold and Rodda wirh Simmons on bench
6. LSL or Valentini
7. Hooper (other bloke a crap shoot ATM)
8. Nas then Samu
9. Genia but ????
10. Foley
12. Samu
13. TK
11 / 14 Koro and Hodge (maybe Babks)
15. DHP

Lots of holes and am sure plenty of differing opinions our there.

Why this Super Rugby season will see a huge shake-up at the Wallabies

Yep and I think Slipper was the “buy” of the season. Has added a lot to the team. AND I understand the Reds are paying a lot of his contract, this year and next. Hunt was going OK until injured and Quade has just not stepped up – at least in the second half of the competition.

Haha.

Brumbies front row of Slipper, AAA, Sio and FF are certainties as is Arnold. Then it becomes a crap shoot and it will be interesting to see the Selectors choices. Agree 100% that Quade is behind Foley and then Christian . Another bloke who, based on form, should not be there is Coleman.

Why this Super Rugby season will see a huge shake-up at the Wallabies

Brett – excellant read. Happily I am sure I picked the Aussie Conference placings. Brumbies have “steel”, built on strong team values. The relationship between coaches and players, built on trust, respect and belief is refreshing for an Australian side. Doesn’t seem to be huge egos down there. Barracking for Brumbies and Chiefs to win. If so, the Chiefs travel itinary will play a big part in a Brumbies home semi.

The Waratahs' leaders, not Israel Folau, have led to this disastrous season

The battle lines are drawn. RA owes Folau norhing. It has peovided him wirh huge money, more than what he was worth for several years. Folau continues with his rants. He does not deserve ANY ser4lement. Run the matter through the courts and RA don’t give an inch. Rack up the legals , get a favourable decision and then hit him with a Costs Order.
