Last season’s Double-winning champions/premiers are overrated????

Right….

Underperforming, yes – but overrated, no.

The Roar's A-League Men tips and predictions: Match Week 11

At least with goal scoring/try scoring in sports like NRL and AFL – the referee is advised when to restart based on when the broadcaster has returned from the commercial. There is a bit more communication between the officials and the broadcaster about what each other is doing.

How do you rate the A-Leagues' new broadcaster so far?

Room for improvement. There is a persisting issue with the production team not knowing the flow of football – often cutting to commercial after a player has stayed down with an injury for more than 10 seconds, only for the broadcast to come back with live play having resumed almost immediately after the decision to air the commercial.

One on Saturday during Adelaide v City was even just the A Leagues commercial!

If they are desperate to get some more advertising content in during breaks in play, they need to look at advertising banners during breaks in play.

How do you rate the A-Leagues' new broadcaster so far?

No, he got two in a row hooking Mark Wood in the first innings.

PLAYER RATINGS: Head huge, Green gigantic as Australia complete 4-0 Ashes drubbing

Wait until Tolutau Koula debuts in the centres for Manly this year – he is sharp.

The need for speed: Is this the fastest line-up in the NRL?

Word coming out of Narrabeen is that he is being used as a backrower, which is interesting considering that we have a bit of depth in the backrow. I could see Bully coming from the bench as a middle, then shifting him wide and bringing Schuster closer to the ball.

NRL 2022 Radar: How Manly’s hopes rest on more than just Turbo’s hammies

Every Manly fan I have spoken to (I’ll include myself in that, yes I do talk to myself) is so excited by the Bullemor signing. And every Brisbane supporter is mad they let him go.

Wholeheartedly agree.

It's time to remind certain fans there's no place in the A-Leagues for homophobia

Worst supporters in the league. And this isn’t even isolated to one Adelaide away match – it happens to every away club every week.

It's time to remind certain fans there's no place in the A-Leagues for homophobia

The game was in Melbourne first of all. And who I support has nothing to do with it. And I have reported crowd behaviour to my clubs officials before.

If you’re content to sing the praises of OSM, Horda etc, and be proud of what they have been doing this season – then you have to accept their issues as your own too.

Your club has been rather inactive in controlling those groups. They were silent when they threw glass at Teagan Micah last year. They were silent when members of Horda went into the City Active end the other week to start fights. Their statement yesterday was rather inane too.

I’m sorry, but enough of the minimising. Talking about it being a minority of fans etc. The fans that were around whoever was using homophobic language and DIDN’T call it out, report it to the club, security, police etc. are implicit, and perhaps, are worse fans because of it. So I am happy to lump the entire fan base of the Victory in with the minority.

And we are talking about a fan base that has form in this manner. Enough of the carry on about them having the ‘best fans in the league’, most does not equate to best.

Give me Lingard, Gabigol, Digne + some CB cover, and you’ve probably got West Ham’s best ever January. Make it happen GSB + Kretinski!
