Though admittedly Douehi was a gamble to let him go.. he is either untapped or unfortunately a yard short of serious pace to make it as a NRL gun.

We are pinning our hopes on an experienced and high quality halves combination with a dynamic dummy half, an outrageously good middle/edge young gun of a forward, exceptionally quick and gifted centres with a couple of quality finishers and a middle pack that should be able to hold its own against the majority of the comp. That’s top 4 sorted!
if latrell fires, which is the most obvious outcome based on his freakish talent, we can win the comp.. in fact we can truly dominate the comp particularly once Arrow gets here to supplement our middle rotation.

But Walter he is making the elite look stupid now? And that was being stuck out in the centre’s for an extremely regimented coach. He is still a kid so I just really really don’t understand the negativity or doubt?

I hope to god this is just a mass hypnosis and not some stereotyping going on cos I cannot for the life of me understand why the top points scorer, 2nd highest try scorer in NRL 2019, Dally M centre of the year, NSW origin, Australian rep player at the age of 22 is copping a shellacking online for not doing more……For being lazy.. disinterested, overweight…

Brandon Smith needs to start or be on the field for 60 minutes. Lock preferably but it don’t matter.. kids got to be there and young Harry Grant can spell Smith abd create spark.

Keep in mind over the border there was a dominant half and legend in Thurston so we may have expected Cleary to be a bit more involved or shine more than he did??
I just thought Reynolds was more valuable as an attacking half with his short kicking game, defence and combination with Cook.
In saying all that I’m still filthy that Freddy would knock Cody after one game so maybe I’m just off the blues and looking for reasons to have a sook??

I would’ve backed Reynolds a lot more when he returned from injury mate, Pearce was more obvious a pick than Cleary and Keary would’ve trumped them all if not for injury.
Cleary has not stepped up at all bro? Looks good this year though with some added size to his frame but without the Fittler family connection he doesn’t get picked and/or sticked period! One good club year and being picked on potential does not make him a protected origin species.

As a tragic mate I’m happy as a pig in mud about this fine article.
Personally, I’m happy to let this year play out, create some carnage, embarrass the chooks, make the finals and start early celebrations for 2021!
I would rate the spine as 4.5 with a bullet based on potential.
Can’t knock your rating though mate, Reynolds & Walker are origin standard halves (give em a chance Freddy you nepotistic rorter) with the test hooker and obviously the upside with Latrell is huge.

I still have nightmares about last years game where he single handedly destroyed my bunnies. That was a hell of a game and right up there with the best performance I’ve ever seen on a footy field.
