Correct, although he is making a strong push for origin, I don’t think he’s quite there yet. Xavier Coates I feel is the better choice at the moment and I wouldn’t complain at all if Corey Oates gets picked as he’s one of my favourite players.
Cobbo stakes Maroons claim, Eels stumble and Cowboys continue to impress in Magic Round
Thats why they would be great partners. A controlled halfback with a good kicking game and a running five-eight usually works out pretty well.
The Dolphins must sign Munster
From a perspective of watching that game live on Friday night, it was ugly. The Knights were barely convincing, however if they can knock off Brisbane this week then things may become partly brighter. However if they get beaten by a fair bit then anything that gave knights fans hope from that doggies game will be gone.
After a Magic win, can Newcastle keep rolling?
If you do i hope you wont regret it!

You know what i would love to see? I know this has a very low chance on happening, but Bellamy to the Tigers would build such a great story line. It would prove so much about how good of a coach he actually is. Although, obviously he’s one of the greats already, but if he went to Balmain and turned that team around, it would add so much to his legacy.

You may think i’m throwing away my tips Matth, but iv’e tipped a Warriors upset this week 😁

Hello Watda, i haven’t really thought that i mention Souths in many articles. If your a roosters fan then this verdict is obviously fair…
But if this is a genuine opinion then i really don’t understand why you would think Souths will be anywhere near the wooden spoon. I know they have seemed to be playing below standards to be gin the season and their start fullback will be out for 8 weeks. However they are still gelling after Reynolds departure and a new coach. They have actually looked good in parts of this season so far. They are so dangerous when their at their best and i believe their best wont be far away. They a still certainly a top 8 side in my books and too even mention them in the wooden spoon conversation is mind-blowing.

Have you seen Brooks play this season? Usually he would be sent back to local rugby league if it wasn’t for the money he’s on.

3RM, i highly agree on the Roosters getting treated a-lot better than other clubs in the league. The new proposal rewards a club $100,000 of salary cap relief, in exchange for blooding their own debutants. Of course, the sombrero’s have come out on top of the pile, therefore they will be granted the $100,000 each year.

Compared too other sides at the moment, they will.

Don’t be surprised if both are cut off even before the end of the season. A couple more horrible performances will have both coaches a knifes edge.

Sorry i finished writing this article shortly before team lists came out. I like the idea of Hastings into the halves, however i would love to see the Tigers pair Hastings and Peachy as halves partners for a match or so. On the flip side, it would be a really hard decision for Madge too remove Brooks from the starting side as the backlash from just transitioning him out of halfback was high. The point is that he is a million-dollar contract player (absolutely shouldn’t be close too the 1 mil mark) If Wests were to have him playing on the bench/reserves and they were too keep getting pumped, then many critics would base their reasoning for the poor performances over that decision and have an argument of, ‘you cant have a player thats paid that much on the bench’.

Hey the king of the world, this opinion is fair enough, if your living in the late 19 hundreds…
Many rivalries are brought about through two teams that have a circle around there name every time they face each other.
Usually this is because each time they play it’s most of the time a thriller of a game. For example parra and Melbourne are currently one of the largest modern-day rivalries. This is for obvious reasons as they both always put on a show for the fans and their passion and hate for each other is shown.
On the other hand, manly and Newcastle don’t have much of a reason to over-excite fans when they play. Not many of their recent outings have been too close and close-margin matches is what many look for if you consider something a rivalry. In your case u explained this is “the biggest rivalry” which in my opinion isn’t close to being true at all.
'Intense hatred': Newcastle versus Manly is the NRL's biggest rivalry
If the Roosters offer him more, expect him to move on as Hass is obviously a NSW boy. However if the Broncos go through with this million-dollar offer then it would be hard for the man to leave and it would be very hard for the Roosters to bid higher. Even if Brisbane offer higher, i wouldn’t be certainly sure that he stays, as we have seen over time players move on due to the more current success at another club (Roosters), compared to Brisbane’s lack-luster recent years.
Why the Broncos must extend Payne Haas' contract
Absolutely not. Any player that isn’t fully committed to a club does not deserve the big cash.
Why the Broncos must extend Payne Haas' contract
Hey AMD, annoyingly this wasn’t my original title of the article. The editors unfortunately always seem to change the title too something that i only mention for a small chunk of the article.
Why the Broncos must extend Payne Haas' contract
He isn’t at the moment, however we’ve all seen what he can show and his potential is so high. It isn’t even funny what this man can do.
Why the Broncos must extend Payne Haas' contract
Good argument, however he is very much capable of playing 80 minutes when he needs too and is 60-70 minutes of quality is all worth the money.
Why the Broncos must extend Payne Haas' contract
Im sorry Tony but he is one of the best centres in the game. Although he had a good chunk on the sideline in 2021 and hasn’t performed in 20222, Staggs will find his feet again and he is one of the biggest game changers in the league.
Why the Broncos must extend Payne Haas' contract
Correct jimmy, adds to my point too why Brisbane need to pay the man!
Why the Broncos must extend Payne Haas' contract
As a broncos fan I hope so. Although I can’t get too mad at the entertaining footy there playing at the moment.
