Crazy Horse is either one of history's greatest warriors, an interesting establishment in Paris or a slightly eccentric Rugby has-been who started in the forwards but finished his serious playing career on the wing. He is also a Motorsport tragic having held CAMS licences in Event Command, General Competition Area and Rally as well as Driving.

“ In the past, for those on the fringe of Wallabies selection, the options following the conclusion of Super Rugby have been limited to club rugby or a short-term contract overseas. ”
Not true. These players had the NRC to play in with emerging young talent moving up from Premier Grade club rugby.
Despite tantrums from the Sydney establishment, the NRC worked well in the rest of the country. Just restart it. If NSW doesn’t want to be in it fine. Whist they’d be welcome, their participation is necessary for a viable competition.
Here’s a shopping list for Rugby Australia, and there’s not a single NRL player on it
This time last year people were saying axe the Tahs.
The impossible decision Rugby Australia must make now
Richard Hardwick is a WA boy. His family is here and we’ll have him back thanks.
The impossible decision Rugby Australia must make now
The Force turned down two easy penalties that would have won the game for them if taken (again).
There was too much running across the field.
On two occasions Mateale had the ball with no one between him and the line. Instead of igniting the afterburners, as any good winger would, he chose to turn infield into tacklers. The try he did get was gifted to him with the ball passed to him almost on the try line. He’s a good player but far too slow for the wing.
REACTION: 'We turned a real corner'- Brave Force fall agonisingly short of stunning 'half-cocked' Blues
The driving maul works precisely because the opposition is unable to engage the ball carrier. It is obstruction.
When will fans stop trying to drive the maul out of rugby union?
That’s because when the so called experts gang up on us is when we tend to do best 😛
Super Rugby tipping panel Week 6: Make or break week
Kyle Godwin although born overseas played all his junior rugby at the Associates club in Perth so is another homegrown Force member.
UPDATED: Super Rugby Round 5 Teams: Brumbies make four changes, Wright returns, Tahs' son of a gun debuts
Very impressed by both teams. The men are improving rapidly and will be a force to be reckoned with as the season progresses.
As for the women, what more is there to say but “Wow”!
Women are equal partners in the Drua's groundbreaking campaign
The Force Women play the Reds this afternoon @ 4:30 PM WST before the men’s game @7:00 PM
The Force have not played since June last year due to COVID so tonight is a big ask.
They have just announced that their female players will be paid.

Anstee is only going to improve and of course as a National 7s player is also very useful in open play.
How should the Wallabies line up going into the 2023 World Cup?
Take the parochial blinkers off. You obviously haven’t looked at the Force recently.
Despite having to start all over again after the East Coast stole our entire team and coaching staff, we’ve rebuilt. Many of our players are in fact local products. We now have players knocking on the door asking to join us.
Didn’t you notice that we lost by only one point to the Brumbies at home, the toughest ask in Australian rugby. Easily beat the Melbourne Rabble last week.
We won’t win them all, but we’ll still be in contention at the end of the season.
Off field we are probably the best organised and resourced club in Australia. We have a full set of high profile sponsors as well as a billionaire backing WA Rugby.
Our sponsorship by Altrad brings with it an alliance with Montpelier.

'Leading club in the world': Force state grand designs after Wallaby recommits until end of 2024
The Force player who should be in the Wallabies radar is Ian Prior. His game has lifted this season from an already high base. Add in his radar boot and he’s an obvious candidate.
REACTION: Aussie legend demands Wallabies call-up for Force 'future star'... but is it too soon?
Glad to see the usual suspects completely ignoring the Force.
We’ve recruited well and trial game performances have been encouraging. Major sponsors locked in. It’s all looking good.
On the down side we’ve already been on the road for three weeks thanks to COVID and the Brumbies at home are always a big ask.
We’ll be there at the business end of the season.

Good luck getting WA to agree to the organisation that tried to destroy the game in the West having any say in what goes on in in Western Australia.
'We're absolutely committed': RA chief reveals plan to centralise control of Super Rugby clubs
“ The RA board should be publicly elected from the club rugby member base. The board’s national directive is to serve its members and grow the game.”
This is the best comment in a long time.
How I'd change Australian rugby if I were boss for a day
The kids who had been raised from the get go with the Force and a real possibility of playing Super Rugby were only just reaching senior playing age when Rugby [East Coast] Australia yanked the ground out from under them in 2017. Many of the most talented just gave up Rugby and chased their dreams in other sports. Two of my sons did exactly that. Others were poached by east coast teams. We lost a whole generation. That gap will take some time to fill.
Rugby in New South Wales must adapt or die
The standard of the 14 team FMG Premier Grade has improved considerably since the Force arrived in 2006. The most important factor has been the motivation that the existence of a pathway to Super Rugby / Wallabies brings. Something that just did not exist previously.
All Force players are also members of Premier grade clubs and are required to make themselves available for selection if not required by the Force/Wallabies.
All Force players train as coaches and are required to assist local clubs and participate in school visits.
Rugby in New South Wales must adapt or die
… Sydney/NSW Rugby is no longer as far ahead of the rest of the country as they delude themselves into believing.
My perfect NRC competition
Hopefully the Friday 3rd or Sunday 5th because club semi-finals are on the 4th.
