Won’t work. Future is NRL appreciating clubs developing their own juniors and giving them cap relief for the players they create.

WA should be there. I think they should already have a team again. Just as many juniors/seniors playing in WA than VIC. Many sports, worse off internationally than RL have World Cups so not sure what that jab is about.
