Super Rugby Pacific tipping week 13: All aboard for the run to the finals
Not sure that’s true JD, pretty sure Leinster plays more games than a Super side comparatively.
If the individual franchises need to manage their players workloads, then so be it. Having it dictated harms the competition. We can see the result at NPC as an example.
As for the bigger picture, well, my memory is this started around 2006 and since then the ABs have won 2 of the four world cups, perhaps this plays a part but considering that South Africa has also won two whose players are considered to be notoriously overworked would suggest it is not the be all and end all.
Anyway, its a good discussion to have.
Super Rugby Pacific tipping week 13: All aboard for the run to the finals
All true, my issue is that it is mandated to begin with.
It should be up to the individual franchises how they manage their players and encourage depth. Super will not improve its crowds and turn outs until fans can see it is clearly important and a priority.
Super Rugby Pacific tipping week 13: All aboard for the run to the finals
Saw a tweet suggesting it was the biggest promotion the NPC has ever had, probably right. 😛
Super Rugby Pacific tipping week 12: Will the Chefs stay cooking for another week?
Any significant actions will be undertaken once the results are final, never before. 😁
Hope you are well OB 👍
Super Rugby Pacific tipping week 12: Will the Chefs stay cooking for another week?
I do but I do not, its tricky.
Super Rugby Pacific tipping week 11: The longer upsets elude us, the more nervous we be
Damn, appears Proctor is out, though I do have a lot of time for PUJ, hopefully he hits the ground running

Always play a straight bat mate 😂

Good calls.
Rayasi skill set is huge, you can see the basketball influence, Also his left foot is compelling, think Lowe for Ireland, just wish at times he would play to his size, would like to see him be more physical ball in hand.
Super Rugby Pacific tipping week 8: homecomings and top two showdowns
Definitely a few players on the cusp to watch out for, big day for those lads such as Aumua, Ross, Jacobsen, Roigard, Proctor to show their wares, looking forward to it!

The Blues will be or just yourself for your annual bet with the Chookie? 😛

I reckon Vunivalu was picked on the basis purely on his League background because Eddie is sending a message loud and clear to other potential converts that jumping the fence will probably be rewarded. Dunno.
But I also think his potential is clear, even if not really performing, Surely old Eddie can have some leeway for a few selections to be his pet projects so to speak?

Oh I want that t shirt 👍

Really looking forward to that wee battle
Super Rugby Pacific tipping week 7: Bye weeks and overdue upsets
All good here mate, for mine there should be a game at least in Palmy and Napier each season, as all our franchises should be taking games to their provinces.
Super Rugby Pacific tipping week 6: Drua start favourites with Digger's perfect run on the line
Very askew! Hope you are well mate.
Palmy isn’t the Capital quite yet, Shields due back next season I believe, I assume he will be running around come NPC this year.

Excellent piece mate 👍
When will Australian coaching stop trying to keep up with the Joneses?
No idea there mate

Super Rugby Pacific tipping week 5: Testing times, Razor questions and bloated sick bays
How does it feel? Annoying that it took four cracks at it to get there! 😛
