Agree with you Grem; the Cove were amazing!

Captain's knocks, new faces and match-winning braces: The A-League players who were the difference in Round 19

The way Rodrigues is playing displays how sorely missed he is at City.
I am a big fan of Burgess and was happy to see him in the starting 11.

Thanks Grem. Germain, Lewis and Jake Hollman have also performed well throughout the season.

Goal-scoring fullbacks, Tilio magic: The A-League players who were the difference in Round 18

The heading of this article says it all, unfortunately Arnie will stick with Duke up front.

Adam Taggart will win the A-League Golden Boot - and he should be leading the Socceroo front line

Some insightful opinions, couldn’t agree more about Barcellos diving and the tackle Farrell made was unacceptable. I’m interested in who you would’ve picked for the Jets.

Young talents, old heads and Socceroos: The A-League players who were the difference in Round 17

Hopefully the Bulls and Mariners is an entertaining game.

Super subs, skippers and shot-stoppers: The A-League players who were the difference in Round 16

I’m a big fan of Henry Hore, but I felt that the goal from Mileusnic got the Roar back into the game, which made the difference. It doesn’t mean I think Mileusnic was the best player for the Roar.

Young talents, old heads and Socceroos: The A-League players who were the difference in Round 17

Brattan is thriving under Talay. Based on Taggart’s form he should definitely be in the Socceroos squad.

Chief is doing a good job with balancing youth and experience.

Interested in your thoughts, as to whether the Roar need Aldred and if you think O’Shea is a better captain.

Super subs, skippers and shot-stoppers: The A-League players who were the difference in Round 16

About 1 minute 20 seconds into his post-match press conference, he was asked about taking Burgess off at half time; https://aleagues.com.au/videos/id/ufuk-talay-press-conference-western-united-v-sydney-fc/6346147963112/

Debutants, defiant keepers and the 'Kiwi Messi': The A-League players who were the difference in Round 15

I can’t see Lachlan Brook being consistent, but I could be wrong. It doesn’t mean that Gomes was the best player, but he made the difference. I’m interested in what you make of Burgess being substituted off at half time.

Debutants, defiant keepers and the 'Kiwi Messi': The A-League players who were the difference in Round 15

It’s not the same squad that Kisnorbo was lucky enough to have. The recruiting hasn’t been great this season. Jakolis is injured, so hopefully they get him back, Arslan could be out for a while after the red card. Sakhi left to play in Europe, Souprayen is injured too. Leckie is only just back from injury and J mac up front is a bit one dimensional. Hopefully young players, Caputo and Mazzeo amount to something and Tilio will make a difference.

Would Rudan have complained that much if the Wanderers had won?

Rudan lashes officials as Bulls pip WSW, Gauci's dream move, City struggling

Brought Fornaroli and Tilio on too late. We lacked the final pass that Goodwin provides and a threat from set pieces. There are right-backs in the A-League that would’ve done a better job.

'No fluency, seem rigid': Socceroos ride their luck to the top of Asian Cup group but key failure shows huge cause for concern

Arzani’s set pieces have suprised me, as he has developed that part of his game.

Creators, goal line clearers and goal-scorers: The A-League players who were the difference in Round 13

I agree with you Waz, playing Waddingham up front isn’t working. They are missing Hore, Berenguer and last but not least Neville.

Creators, goal line clearers and goal-scorers: The A-League players who were the difference in Round 13

I think that Stajcic has been phenominal, as he can’t make any new signings and lost Khelifi who I rate highly. What’s so impressive is he varies his substitutions and plays an entertaining, attacking brand of football. It was a brave move to bring Sail back into the team; he performed well, apart from his dsitribution and an unfortunate own goal.

Hat-trick heroes and incisive passers: The A-League players who were the difference in Round 12

The entire Brisbane Roar team was the problem in the first half with the exception of Freke. O’Shea made the first goal look easy. He had to be calm and composed to slot the penalty into the back of the net. As Waz said: ‘honourable mention’ to Caletti. Having said that, I have to narrow it down to one player per team.

Thanks for your opinion BT. Great to see Kucharski get some game time and have an impact.

Hopefully Jake Hollman goes onto bigger and better things. Great to see that Aspro has gone overseas.
