He left Fox a year before the broadcasting contract at fox was up, he spent the final Fox season as the ground announcer for the Newcastle Jets, if the A-League had stayed at Fox Hill would no longer be commentating the league.

The planning for the 2032 Olympics up until this point has been a disaster.

Football in Australia must never stop fighting for its fair share of funding

It’s only a matter of time until the Europeans dominate the Womens Game just like they do the Men’s.

In the Elite Private Schools, they do but that’s about it.

The improvements needed to bring the A-Leagues back to prominence

Looks like talks regarding the Sale are back on for now.

'Would be a tragedy': Can the Jets find a new owner, or are they about to spiral out of the A-League?

Foley owns Auckland and Bournemouth and has Minority stakes in Hibernian and Lorient, he is also involved with an Unnamed Club in Belgium.

Another thing to note with Brisbane Roar is that at this stage their crowd average is only about 800 more than last season and most of last season for Brisbane was at Redcliffe.

If the Rumours of Newcastle Folding and being Replaced by a Gold Coast Team come true, then Brisbane should be worried.

'Would be a tragedy': Can the Jets find a new owner, or are they about to spiral out of the A-League?

Roar fans can’t even use the weather as an excuse as the weather has been pretty nice and consistent in SEQ since the 3rd of March

I don’t see a full relocation on the cards Australian Sports have only done that twice, South Melbourne to Sydney for the then VFL which worked but took a long time and North Sydney/Manly to the Central Coast as the Northern Eagles for the NRL which failed.

There are a few ways Newcastle and Canberra plays out.

Newcastle and Canberra find owners hopefully this happens.

Newcastle finds an owner but Canberra dose not, Canberra fold and APL look elsewhere for an expansion team.

Canberra finds an owner, but Newcastle does not, Newcastle folds and APL look for an expansion team to replace Newcastle.

Both Newcastle and Canberra fold league stays at 12 teams with Auckland essentially taking Newcastle’s place.

Ballymore is going ahead as planned at this stage, seems the choice for Roar will either be Ballymore or QSAC both of which suck but the Former is at least the correct shape.

Giancarlo Italiano's rise is the best story in the A-League

The Big 4 Australian and New Zealand Banks are basically the same.

ANZ and Westpac operate in both Australia and New Zealand

Commonwealth own ASB Bank

NAB own BNZ (Bank of New Zealand)

Giancarlo Italiano's rise is the best story in the A-League

As I’ve said before and I’ll say again nothing will change at Roar until The Bakries sell the club they are the main problem but that’s not something that will be resolved anytime soon.

As for Ballymore not surprised that it did not go well especially since you guys were playing Macarthur but to be fair outside of one or 2 games Attendance for Roar games has been crap this season overall and your last 2 home games against Newcastle and Adelaide are unlikely to drastically lift the average attendance numbers.

The Olympic Review was released, no mention of Ballymore, Perry Park or another site for a Boutique Rectangular Venue in the City of Brisbane LGA.

For Olympic Football the Report recommended to proceed with upgrades to Sunshine Coast Stadium and upgrades to Barlow Park in Cairns but not to proceed with upgrades to Clive Berghoffer Stadium in Toowoomba.

What a load of Rubbish

1. Union does not need Football they have more than enough connections to get what they want Roar games at Ballymore give QRU some extra income, but they don’t need them.
2. Kayo Stadium did not get upgraded because of Roar it got upgraded to Shore Up the Vote for the local Federal MP Luke Howarth’s and was funded via sport rorts.
3. Football is not a vote winner in QLD Rugby League is.
4. The only strength that Football has when it comes to getting funding is the very strong Grassroots Participation Rates.
5. The only Political Connection in Football in QLD I’m aware of is The CEO of Football QLD Robert Cavallucci was a Minister in the Newman Government, but he is/was (not sure if he is still a LNP Member) a Moderate in the LNP and the Moderates have basically no power in the LNP plus Cavallucci’s priority is lining is pockets.

Fury was what 2011 when they were kicked out, summers just keeps getting hotter and hotter and it’s only going to get worse.

A-League report card: Frustrated fans, crap scheduling, Socceroo mystery men and wasted money, but the brand is strong

I think the main Issue with NQ and FNQ is the Weather way to hot and humid in the Summer even at night sadly.
