Mr Robot was amazing last year. It was clearly the best show on TV, by some distance.
I kinda held it back to make a point, I’ll admit that. 😛 The 1-14 rankings are the teams, not exactly the TV shows.

Biggest loser would be very harsh Taylorman!
Maybe Dancing With The Stars? Old star, past its prime, trying to make a comeback?

As I said at the top Carlos, I spend way too much time in front of a TV for one reason or another. 😛

“This is an outrage.”
Absolutely it is!
Veep is the best comedy I’ve seen in a decade. Its amazing. So perfect our own PM walked into a Veep episode without realising it.
The Good Wife is in a “keep watching but not the best show ever” category. You don’t rate it as such?
Agree with you about Deadwood, fantastic show. Didn’t get on board with Boardwalk Empire quite as much.

Sorry I haven’t had more time to dive into the comments. Glad to see people are digging around in this a bit. Strange times in Brumby-land atm.
Brumbies torn apart while the rugby world watches
Lets hope Jones is who he says he is. Or at the very least, there are some other people on the board and around the team who can also be change agents.
Hard to begrudge a guy determined to clean up corporate and legal governance. We don’t want to continue operating as a semi-pro sport, where mates are looked after but the game isn’t.
Brumbies torn apart while the rugby world watches
I think we’ll always have something to talk about off the field. Hopefully we do get to a point where its a much more minor distraction.

This is fantastic Allanthus. Really well pulled together. Loved it. Important topic and we need to keep working on it.
Just how serious is rugby’s concussion problem?
On these changes TWAS, the clubs will be unhappy that not only has NRC made them an official fourth tier level (although they weren’t run well enough to be such or make enough money, they tried to be a true feeder comp) now the under 20s comp attached to the Australian Conference has bumped club rugby backwards, or at least sideways, again.
No, it should not be the Western Sydney Force
Agree with much of what you say here. Nice work.
No, it should not be the Western Sydney Force
The set up of Sydney make it very hard to support the Waratahs if you live more than 20km from Moore Park. That’s part of the problem.
No, it should not be the Western Sydney Force
Great reasons for not moving. I agree with nearly all of them.
No, it should not be the Western Sydney Force
Gotta give the Force fans credit, Chivas. They turn up and keep cheering.
Massive plus for keeping the team there.
No, it should not be the Western Sydney Force
That seems to be a good move so far. Hopefully he can get things moving there again. Big job. 🙂
No, it should not be the Western Sydney Force
That was part of the point I was making Onside. There would be a huge talent pool in western Sydney if there was a better structure to funnel it to. Atm schools are barely touched and local competitions struggle. Pathways are vague.
No, it should not be the Western Sydney Force
I’m not sure how you know what Harris wants exactly. You may be right.
On the population, atm it’s not hugely different:
Greater Western Sydney: 1.9mil
Perth: 1.8 million
But western Sydney will add about 100,000 people every year until 2031 or so. We’re talking close to 3 million by 2031. Thats a huge growth market.
No, it should not be the Western Sydney Force
It was close, 125k to 120k, I think. But a bad sign.
Is it too early to worry about the Australian conference?
One other reason to worry about the Tahs I’ll add, from a business perspective:
On Friday night the Tahs v Brumbies game appears to have been out-rated by the NAB Challenge…
Is it too early to worry about the Australian conference?
Oh crap. Sorry about the score fellas. Thanks for the pick up.
Would you agree with the overall point that while 32-15 wasnt a complete flogging it was hard to see the Waratahs winning for the most part?
Is it too early to worry about the Australian conference?
Good point about them all coming from Randwick. So how do we improve, and spread out, the coaching tree in Australia.
Does Cheika get a bit of credit for adopting some other coaches, like Larkham, and giving them good exposure?
Is it too early to worry about the Australian conference?
We’re entering the status quo again are we?
Is it too early to worry about the Australian conference?
I think the NZ conference is close. But I don’t think it’s poor. Every team has had flashes of very good rugby throughout their two matches so far.
Blues in round 1.
Crusaders last week.
Highlanders and Hurricanes against each other – that game was a higher standard than anything played by an Australian team so far. Not perfect, but quite good.
Chiefs in round one.
Is it too early to worry about the Australian conference?
I felt bad leaving Fargo a run below Mad Men etc, Allanthus. It’s a brilliant show. Probably not enough people saw it.
