If you don't worship Bazball then you know nothing about cricket - just ask anyone from England's deluded cult

It’s the “alternative facts”, truth distortion.

Yep, and beyond, since the creation of the Ashes.
“At 114 Jones was run out in a way which gave great dissatisfaction to Murdoch and other Australians. Murdoch played a ball to leg, for which Lyttelton ran. The ball was returned, and Jones having completed the first run, and thinking wrongly, but very naturally, that the ball was dead, went out of his ground. Grace put his wicket down, and the umpire gave him out. Several of the team spoke angrily of Grace’s action, but the compiler was informed that after the excitement had cooled down a prominent member of Australian eleven admitted that he should have done the same thing had he been in Grace’s place. There was a good deal of truth in what a gentleman in the pavilion remarked, amidst some laughter, that Jones ought to thank the champion for teaching him something. “

For a Kiwi knighthood sure. The English can give an English knighthood to whoever they want to.

Prime whingers: Albo responds as British PM joins meltdown, Boycott demands apology, McCullum still sooking

Sky UK is owned by Comcast now, not News Corp, btw, but, yes, historically it was News Corp.

What really is News Corp's rugby end game?

“Right now, though, Australia look stronger than they’ve been for a decade. With all of their most important players bar Warner young enough to continue for at least three or four more years, they could be entering a golden era.”
Paine I’d also include as an important player in more ways than his batting who will retire by then.

Australia and India are clearly the two best Test teams

Australia and South Africa prepare to renew hostilities

Ah, that must be where Trump is from, then. Don’t be a turd by bringing race into this.

Cheika's extraordinary approach to referee

Since when is Qantas owned by Emirates? They partner, there may be equity stakes, but I hadn’t heard of majority or controlling stake.

Rugby Australia must end its sell-out of the Wallabies brand to Qantas

That was BT Sports, not Sky, as BT won the British TV coverage for Australian cricket series.

The slow demise of Channel 9 commentary team

Which words spoken candidly? The leadership group references or the tape with dirt on it?

Australia's batting is in crisis

Not McCullum, please. Too much of the preaching, he’s done, and in debatable situations. Repent!! Sinners!! The end is nigh!!

How just a few words could have dramatically changed cricket history

What, time to escalate the war?

This Test is a giant opportunity for Australia

We used to have public executions and burn witches once upon a time. People haven’t changed, they just wear nicer clothes and don’t shit in the street.

Steve Smith becomes a man by turning into a boy

Ah, a man doesn’t cry?

Steve Smith becomes a man by turning into a boy

Warner lied in a press conference when he said he’d never tolerate ball tampering in the team.

Darren Lehmann announces resignation

Hahaha

Darren Lehmann announces resignation

I don’t think it’s the international backlash that anyone is worried about. That’s to be expected, kick a team when they’re down. It’s the Australian backlash that surprised some people. And that is all about the cheating. We supported the team when they were in disputes and believed them when they said “we fight hard but fair” – but that’s clearly BS, and we are angry to be lied to. I’ve even defended Warner in pub conversations with my Saffa and English mates. He’s on record saying we’d never ball tamper. What the…? Yeah, that makes me angry!

No public shaming for our team of scapegoats

Not only that – they HAD sandpaper on them at the lunch break. Is that common to have in a dressing room? (Honest question, I don’t play cricket).
