No, he didn’t just make it up – google it.
With their defence and a trade steal firing, the Cats lead the ladder. The next three weeks will tell us if they really deserve to
That’s the AFL for you, only interested in money and making a name for themselves, not a leaving a football legacy.
Six Points: Greene lucky to only get a week, 2024's two best wins, and the moment that sums up woeful Roos
A bit harsh I thought Tim.
Footy Fix: The Pies might have embarrassed Port... but they're still not back to their best. Yet
Was it just Cousins on illegal drugs and not half the Eagles team?
They did not deserve to win in 2006!
AFL News: Scott hits out at 'offensive' Tribunal call to clear Cameron, Pies to swoop on star Dog?
I thought you were a bit hard on Collingwood Tim.
The difference in the two teams, I think, was that the Pies wanted it more and were prepared to tackle like maniacs.
Footy Fix: The worst grand final rematch ever just proves the Pies have slightly fewer problems than Brisbane
In my opinion, the money would be better spent on the things that Tasmanians really need, such as schools, hospitals and new homes.
The AFL holding Tasmania to ransom with stadium political football is an utter disgrace
What about other roofed stadiums?

Wishful thinking.
The AFL holding Tasmania to ransom with stadium political football is an utter disgrace
We’ve all been conned – this was a stupid idea from day one.
Tasmania should have had their own team 35 years ago and we wouldn’t be in this pickle.
The AFL is a pack of elitist pricks pandering to their mates from the corporate world!
All they care about is money and making a name for themselves.

Rubbish. It’s supposed to be a winter game. I well remember standing in the outer at Victoria Park rain, hail or shine. No such luxuries as seats!

$750m and the rest!

Great article Matt, you’ve summed up my thoughts accurately.

What is wrong with that?
The AFL should lead the way in proposing better-value, cheaper stadiums - without having to rely so much on the taxpayer
If they want a Tassie team they have to build the f—ing stadium that the AFL stipulated!
The AFL should lead the way in proposing better-value, cheaper stadiums - without having to rely so much on the taxpayer
I think it’s disgraceful that AFL has forced Tasmania to build a completely new stadium that they don’t need or want! Tasmania’s economy is small compared to the other states – they can’t afford this. And it will accommodate only twenty odd thousand fans when finished? The poor sods will be paying for this ground for the rest of my life. You’ve got to be pulling my leg mate! Why wasn’t consideration given to renovation of an existing venue? Surely there is a better way of handling this stuff-up for all concerned?

People who play the round ball game are soft in the head from hitting the ball with it.

What a laugh! You should be on the stage.
AFL Oracle: After early September exits last year, can these finals also-rans take a leap forward in 2024?
They all can’t make the eight.

Why is Scott Pendlebury sitting at 42, he should be much higher.

'Doesn't do anyone any favours': Pies CEO slams News Corp criticism of defender's return from concussion
He didn’t mention the word “media” once, so I think it’s obvious who he was talking about.

What the hell have you got against him? He fills an important niche at the Magpies and has improved every year that he’s played! Big men traditionally take longer to develop than most others. I think he has done a really good job.
