I agree completely but if you read the article then you would realise i was embracing the concept of planning and prep work which is something the FFA have failed to do in almost every area.

It is completely unrealistic for the expansion of the league at this very second however if you put in the proper framework now for a second tier that will be introduced in 2013 or 2014 or even later then it stands to be better implemented than if you had what GCU and NQF had when they were given 12 months.

the second league might not even be P&R until 2 seasons after it is introduced???

Time for FFA to expand into second tier

Thanks for your comment,

Geographicly Sweden is almost as tall as Australia is wide which might come as a suprise to you…or not? They have teams competing in there leagues that travel from Malmo in the far south all the way to cities or towns like Umea and Sundsvall in the north.

All new clubs are new clubs they might have simular names as past NSL clubs however they are new identities with new staff and new cultures…that is my opinion.

And you are right the current system is very fragmented and that is why we are in a hole at present and by working together we could achieve great things.

All Clubs in the secong tier will be new and should be controled by an inderpendent A-League board however they are encourgaed to support their local (former) NSL Club or in some cases Clubs.

And this is the point, unless you engage the community properly which includes former top flight clubs the A-League will never work!…I must say that this idea is not all mine there is a long list of very educated football businessmen and women with high credentials out there that are being overlooked by the governing body.
