Great Article Alistair, but
1. You don’t create a GT GC wining team over night just ask Andy Riis, back with Phonak he did but that’s bad history and he has far more resources than Gerry Ryan.
2. Richie Porte was not a product of the CA HP/AIS system and has no allegiance with them. Jack bobridge does and still decided to seek greener pastures!
3. Above all I don’t think you understand how hard it is to get a victory in cycling…. Pro Teams with massive resources can go without big wins for years … do you race?
Robin
Orica-GreenEdge needs to look at GC strategy for more results
Certainly I would agree with you Lee. Jono, I think with Dan Jones he was in the right place at the right time! There is another spot somewhere. Kate keep up the good work!

Yep would have to agree but I listened to an interview that David Mackenzie did on cycling central with Matty Hayman and he said he is feeling better than Flanders, while Heino Haussler was saying he is not as good as his 2009 condition but I agree with you I think he was foxing as is a good chance for a top 10 finish.

Questions for Will Clarke about racing in his first Paris-Roubaix
It was a sad situation that people were instantly doubting Mick Rogers. The whole no tolerance approach to doping was a product of the “dark times” and its hard to educate people that accidental consumption of banned substances is very easily possible! Also the science is better so that real cheats can’t use accidental consumption. I’m sure because of this people will hopefully look at Alberto Contador’s positive in a different light. Thanks again to Jay!
