A thug is a thug.
A thug is not a hard man.
No respect for thug.

AFL hard men Hall of Infamy: Top 10 thugs
“Law 19.4.1 is straightforward enough. It explains what most cricket watchers know. The ball is grounded beyond the boundary if the ball touches the boundary (or whatever constitutes the boundary at the particular arena), the ground on the other side of the boundary or some object on the far side of the boundary..”
Wasn’t Renshaw an object on the far side of the boundary?
The Renshaw catch and the laws of cricket
First time I imagine the current Aussie halfback isn’t in the top 50, and without debate. I’m not going to challenge either. DCE is one player I find very hard to rate, I’m not sure how influential he really is.
Like perhaps many, I’m perhaps biased by how players go in my fantasy teams. It certainly makes me watch certain players more closely. With that basis, I think Sammy and GI are rated too high. The final month of the year I recall yelling at Sam a lot for giving penalties and dropping the ball.
The top 50 NRL players of 2018: 10-1
Yep. I was thinking the same. My organisation (not a bank) would also sack me in those circumstances.
Tell your story walking Israel. The NRL doesn’t want your crap
Re Bancroft: I wonder how the team culture impacted him.
He came into the team in great form, and first few matches looked promising.
Then his form dipped: perhaps around the ‘sugar in pocket’ time. Did being asked to cheat impact his batting form?
Then, as he starts to learn to live with his role his form returns.
Maybe a stretch of my imagination.
Matt Renshaw must replace Cameron Bancroft permanently
If I read correctly, Marty Taupau misses top 50. I’d have him above everyone on this list.

Hi Tim, hope you lasted the day being positive. Re Warriors, for me Manners is the one. Just puts in every week. (Great for fantasy too)
Forget the rot, let's celebrate all that's great about the NRL
Nice list Jason. My top 5:
1: Billy Slater. (And number 1 by some way)
2: Marty Kapow
3: Shaun Johnson
4: Teddy
5: Whoever is in my fantasy team
The NRL's most watchable players
Fair call. Didn’t see the Les Boyd Elbow comment and wrongly assumed you were having a go at others.
Back to my book club.
Thurston fires, Indigenous All-Stars take a comfy win
Who is an embarrassment pal? Is it not OK to have a different opinion to you? Play the point, not the man.
Oh, and if you’re going to call someone an embarrassment, you might find it embarrassing to realise your spelling was incorrect?
Thurston fires, Indigenous All-Stars take a comfy win
Tim,
You’re right, he shouldn’t have said it. End of story.
If you’re quote about his apology is right then I’d say your argument about heat of the moment is weak: “ I am truly sorry that I have caused my family and the game unwarranted attention”. Where’s the apology to Salmon and his family?
Sticky situation: NRL should enforce a few more rules in Operations Manual after Stuart's spray
