Thanks JC. I hadn’t noticed them listing unavailable players and their projected returns in the past.
I did see them list their A team on Facebook today. Walton, Harrison and some other interesting names in there. The Rebs are also showing some good depth. Anaru Rangi in there for them.

Coach’s Corner special: what will England bring to the party in July?
Interesting thoughts about Banks re playing against stronger oppo. I’m critical of him in some respects… i think he’s too conservative with his penalty touch-finders, and that missed draw and pass to Wright versus the Blues was a bad one. But I think he’s gotten better and better every year, and probably deserves first shot against England.
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
I had him on my bench, but he didn’t make it. Excellent pilferer, and showed some skill with a lovely offload last game. I suppose he’ll be turning out for the Rats instead.
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
Yes, he certainly could but I think the selectors will keep steering towards Kerevi, Koroibete, Arnold and Skelton. There’s quite a few domestic options at fullback moving forward. In saying that, I’ll be sorry to see Banks go.
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
Good call on Faessler and Pollard. I thought the latter was a shot but not MF.
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
Agreed, Nicko. He didn’t get selected this time, but higher honours await in the future.
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
Small, indeed. I attended a game there in 2017. Nice club, nice ground (with synthetic surface), but too small. I didn’t know that the Loftus Road idea was floated. I think Wasps might have used that ground once upon a time.
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
Probably a stepping stone, Jez. Jordy Reid had a season or two with the Trailfinders and is now flying with the Cherry and Whites in the English Prem.
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
Harsh, Mirt! Or are you an Irishman dropping his aitches?
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
Haha! He’s got some very good attributes to compensate, though.
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
Good personnel on the staff with Parling. They could do plenty worse than a couple of QLDers at 4 and 5.
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
I guess it’s a matter of who the selectors fancy. It’s tough to split TE, RP and BD. Carter Gordon is another player who’s shown a bit. Good problem to have.
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
Fair enough to push Campbell’s case, ZC. I disagree re Banks. I think he’s our beat bet at fullback at the moment. True that he wont be an option next year.
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
Michael Hooper done, Tooly? Big call… if that’s what you’re implying.
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
I think the PNC is a good call, also playing against visiting international teams in midweek fixtures like the Maori ABs do.
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
Fotuaika has a few seasons of SR under his belt now. Maybe he’ll get the call tomorrow…
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
Doubtful, i feel. It’s an incentive to stay if they know they have a chance of making these teams.
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
I see what you mean, but not if they get crushed! It’s a balancing act.
Australia A is back. Who are they going to pick?
Hey Billy…yep, it would not have been very aspirational DC hoped for anything less than the Top 4. Agree with you on the perception comment. All four home teams won in the first round of the playoffs last year. I wouldn’t fancy a team having to travel once or more to win games in the finals in this comp.
