Well... Well... Well... This "Bio" section always makes me think what to write whenever I make a profile on any website or portal. Fortunately, here the word "Cricket Enthusiast" just popped up in my mind when I read "Bio". Long story short, I'm a finance professional having Chartered Accountancy background who is deeply in love with the Game of Gentlemen - the Cricket.

Thanks Ujala. Hoping to hear from you in future as well.

A great read David! I think Roy would be a danger but the law of averages may come into play and just may be Aussies may get him early. But the same law applies to Buttler as well who is due an innings now. Beware! Lol

I completely agree with you. See these quota systems are only good on ad hoc basis, and must not be a permanent policy. The management or policy-makers must make sure that they create the right awareness among the stake holders about racial discrimination. And I think the Africans have moved on from that stigma and progressed. This must be discontinued as it just kills the merit system.
