Rugby is definitely the biggest sport in the Pacific, so we should maintain that and keep it strong. Yeah, NZ should have, but didn’t. By ya proposing this I think World Rugby would be more inclined to favour our bid over others if it lead to growth in the Pacific

I don’t know if Russia are ready to host it yet, nor are the US. Given the host generally alternates between Europe and the rest of the world, Russia would be cancelled out of 2027 at least. US while eventually host one, but 2027 is probably too early, perhaps 2031 or ‘35
