No team stays on top (or indeed on the bottom) forever. Success is cyclical. League history is not that long, relatively. Look at the variety of Premiership winners over the 100 years & your Dragons have enjoyed success, in the past, & will do again. Cheer up, Tim B, every dog has it’s day.
'Tired of seeing the Storm be so dominant': Why the NRL needs a draft
Would have pressed like except that the Storm are my team, Chris L. The rest I agree entirely.

While I feel for you, Mushi, I don’t think you’ve lived a nightmare till you have been to AAMI Park when there is a match at the MCG & something on at Rod Laver Arena. The Vic. Government thought it would be a wonderful idea to create a Sporting Precinct (read squash everything together with very limited parking & jam packed trams & trains). Nothing is easy about those days & if traveling by car, absolute traffic gridlock in all directions, for miles.
'Just go out every week and have a crack. That’s all we ask': What it’s like to be a Tigers fan
Top effort again, Danielle. Love the honesty of Josh & Paul; a good demonstration of how fans are passionate about the same Club, while wanting & liking different things. This is an entertaining topic, for the off season, I think.

I can’t see that more people would watch football, under your idea. Maybe on the specified day, but, not long term.
The world has to act, but, please, leave politics out of sport.
Why doesn't sport do more about climate change?
Wouldn’t they be great to watch!
The 2021 departure lounge – farewell, and best of luck in retirement
There was some huge talent in that group, Tony. Most of them admired & will be missed no matter which team you follow. Well done to them all.

Yes please, Tony. How divisive would choosing winning projects become. Just leave us something that we can all enjoy, in our own way – our footy.
Why doesn't sport do more about climate change?
Not in my view. Without a responsive audience they are just shouting into the wind.
Big Cheese: 'White powder' scandal cost Smith sponsorships, but he's NRL's hottest property
Thankyou TS. You & I will ignore him & hope that most others do too.
Big Cheese: 'White powder' scandal cost Smith sponsorships, but he's NRL's hottest property
Only if you let them.

Somehow you’ve missed the point, BillV. Nowhere did I say not allowed – simply don’t encourage him. He’ll, no doubt, continue to insert his, perceived, South’s wrongs, but, with no replies, hopefully, his extended rants will stop.
Big Cheese: 'White powder' scandal cost Smith sponsorships, but he's NRL's hottest property
Please yourself, but as long as people reply, they are accepting his bait & he will keep on with his tirades. No-one will ever change his mind, so, to me it’s a waste of time & life.

You are right, Succhi, he can be a match winner, but due to the way he plays, he is prone to injury & concussion. Add to that his enjoyment of a “party” life & his long term value has to be questioned..
Munster has the same off field issues & is subject to lapses in form.
Both need a strong coach strict boundaries. I believe it could be in both of their interests, as well as that of the Storm, for one of them to move on. Together they, to easily lead each other astray.

Think you are being generous before more pieces of our jigsaw are in place.
My tipping is usually slanted towards my wishing, too. I never do any good; just enjoy having a go.
Big Cheese: 'White powder' scandal cost Smith sponsorships, but he's NRL's hottest property
That’s sad & funny, at the same time, TS. Like to think we’ll be top 4, again, but wouldn’t bet on it. Maybe, try tipping us occasionally.
Big Cheese: 'White powder' scandal cost Smith sponsorships, but he's NRL's hottest property
No issue with that, at all. We all have likes & dislikes. Can’t stand the boring repetition & the sarcastic, nasty posts, which, so often, have nothing to do with the article.

And his ability to play 80 minutes.

Maybe I’m out of line, but, I wish people would stop biting & replying to Glory Bound. Personally, I find his? constant insults & bickering tiresome. Verbal bullying should have no place on this forum where good natured, relevant banter is the norm.

That’s great, Danielle – looking forward to reading their thoughts.
'Maturity level must be questioned': How it feels to be a Penrith Panthers fan right now
Good read, Danielle & an interesting, different angle. Well done. I wonder if fans, of other teams, are as divided about their opinions of their respective players & clubs?
'Maturity level must be questioned': How it feels to be a Penrith Panthers fan right now
Maybe both of us!
With Fitzgibbon at the helm surely the only way is up for Cronulla in 2022?
Me too, Tony.

Interesting, Hairy, but, I think you have a vivid imagination & too much time on your hands.
What would a hybrid of NRL and AFL look like?
