Slightly off-topic. Does anyone know of any streaming sites (legal or otherwise) where I can watch the test. Just moved so waiting for my Foxtel to be re-located. Any links would be much appreciated although I’m resigned to spending lots of time down at the local.

SPIRO: Forget the Ashes, South Africa the real test for Clarke's men

T20 is more the flavour for fair weather fans these days. I’m not going to lose any sleep over it however. Some people watching some form of cricket is better than none….maybe.

Overcoming indifference to one day cricket

The guy who invented Win Share also believed Joe Paterno wasn’t responsible in anyway for what happened at Penn State. Pretty good indicator of how his thought process works =p.

Ten best NBA players of the last 30 years

I think you’ve got to have Penny Hardaway and Grant Hill in there. Both could of been all time greats but got ruined by injuries. The fact that they played for so long and were still competitive is a testament to the players they could of been.

Ten best NBA players of the last 30 years

It’s a simple fact that individuals today can’t enjoy a cheeky dart and a tallie or 8 after a game and still be competitive athletes. I can’t say I agree or disagree with the the management of players and that is because none of us know what is happening behind the scenes but I don’t think drinking a bunch of piss and hanging around with the locals will help. A few examples of that not working out great might be the Mark Gasnier “Sauce” episode or the pre season Sharkies incident in 2002 that involved Matt Johns.

And can you really tell me that all the head knocks don’t effect players. Tonie Carroll used to be one of those so called hard men, take a bad head knock, have a fit on the field and would take 5 on the sidelines and come back on. Look at the man speak today and can’t tell me those didn’t effect him. Doesn’t need to be a concussion to effect the brain severely.

Get our fast bowlers out of the gym and back in the game

Sadly the sport scientists and chemists are always going to be one step ahead of the drug testing authorities. The fact is their is so much more money behind the aforementioned scientists that it’s going to be a very difficult problem to tackle. Insurmountable in my opinion.

Australia's blackest day in sport

Another wasted review. If Hughes didn’t see that was plumb, he should be going to the optometrist.

Australia vs Sri Lanka - Hobart ODI: cricket live scores, updates

What Rabbitz said. And I doubt any of our boys are going to be able to get that sort of swing.

Australia vs Sri Lanka - Brisbane ODI: cricket live scores, updates

Every boring fighter says they want to KO their oppenent every fight. It’s part of the fighters selling themselves. At no point in his last however many fights have I seen him go for a killer blow, it’s just not part of him as a fighter. Not saying their is anything wrong with that, I just think it’s a bit of a reach to think he will knock Kos out. Would you honestly lay your hard earned down on Fitch for a KO in any fight?

Every fighter is susceptible to a flash KO, they are all still humans and if you hit someone on the button it’s lights out.

Obviously this is an opinion piece so I apologise for being so negative.

MMA Predictions for 2013

Just when I thought this article couldn’t be more off the mark, you say Fitch will brutally KO Koscheck. I don’t see how anyone with even a casual interest in MMA could think that. Fitch hasn’t knocked out anyone in 6 years (his only KO in his long tenure with the UFC) and Kos has only ever been defeated by KO once, indicating the man has quite a chin! Absolute drivel from start to finish, don’t suppose you write for Bleacher Report as well?

MMA Predictions for 2013

I don’t think a single was there. If Hughes would of run, it would of been him walking back to the pavillion.

Australia vs Sri Lanka MCG ODI: cricket live scores, updates

I have honestly seen nothing but nonsense from Saad. Talking about the race (non)issue in multiple articles and talking up Chris Rogers to be brought back in to the Australian side in multiple articles. Dude is cracked or possibly a troll.

Aussie ODI team not B-graders: Bailey

Slightyl off topic but was wondering if anyone knows where to find the proper line ups for the first round this weekend? Trying to sort out my fantasy team and want to know who the starting XI’s will be.

BBL: A bit baseball-y, but worth a look?

Lombard 1st round via being a savage!

Exclusive: Hector Lombard UFC fight blog (Part 1)

Great article. Very excited for the whole card.

Although it’s actually Bendo’s second defence. His first defence was the rematch with Frankie.

UFC on Fox 5: three big reasons to watch

It wouldn’t be a David Lord article without some incorrect facts. Man needs to learn how to check some facts.

Signing Israel Folau is a bad call

Great article Kurt. Fingers crossed Punter has one more big hundred up his sleeve.

Ponting the Elder: One last charge

As suprised as your are that they brough Tahir back on. And Hussey’s cover drives are an absolute treat. World class.

Australia vs South Africa: 2nd Test, live cricket scores (Day 1)

Suprised they didn’t give du Plessis another over. He was looking sharp!!

Australia vs South Africa: 2nd Test, live cricket scores (Day 1)

But it was a no ball and he went on to make a decent hundred, albeit a very silly way to get out when he did. And 40 out is still seeing out the new ball. I’m not knocking on Warner, I think he will come good this series.

Australian cricket's current dilemma

Cowan gets the gig because unlike many of our batsmen, he can see out the new ball. Pretty vital part of being an opener if you ask me. And god I hope your joking when you say Phil Hughes has outperformed him, Hughes could write a book on how to not play every single kind of ball. Doesn’t matter whether it’s a half track slow bumper or going well wide on the leg side, their is always a chance that Phil Hughes will have a brain snap and get out.
