No the Roosters have got harder teams to play this year in the finals, they raised the bar last year and some other teams have caught up and now passed them.

Gregg first, I erred a bit on some crowd numbers, so my apology’s.
Excuses for panther supporters as usual, ‘it rained that day’ OMG what soft supporters they have out there then, you say they don’t have a big supporter base but thet get over 19,000 to some of their home games, are you actually saying half of them cant be bothered to support their team in a final? So sad.
I agree about Allianz stadium, the NRL needs to crack down on the slackness there, also the place needs an urgent upgrade, Im talking new video screens, new roof that closes as well, better toilets and more bar and food facilitys.

my advice is for familys using public transport at night to hook up with other family’s and travel with them, you are much less likely to get trouble if you travel in numbers
The nut of this is but, games played at night in Sydney have to be scheduled earlier to be shown live, to look after the familys better, and CH9 must agree to this or the NRL will take the game to another channel that will.

good to see, I believe Rugby league is slowly growing stronger in England because more people are becoming aware of it, but its been a long slow ride.

Im not saying our code is national, just saying we have more places where league players can develop than England does, which has basically only got 20 towns in north england

no there can be no surrender, the NRL has to slam their fist down on the desk at CH9 and say, its our way or were going elsewhere, no compromises either.

I think its time the NRL called the shots at the next TV deal and finally grew up and stood on their own two feet, brave game run by a gutless administration keen on the quick big bucks and caring FA for supporters.

haha I agree Gould was a great player, and doing great things at Penrith, but as a commentator he is annoying and very negative.
He wants the biff to come back, I agree, but he also doesn’t seem to have a problem with wrestling holds which I don’t agree with, there was a tackle in the storm game where Morris tried to yank a storms player out of his socket when he was helpless, and Gould had no problem with it, disgusting Gould you should be ashamed.

The game is better than ever, but if I could change some things it would be the following-
-drumroll-
1. Ticket prices down
2. Cheaper food and non alcoholic drinks
3. No start of a game later than 7pm
4. GF kick off at 3pm
5. No wrestling holds anymore
6 Bring back the biff
