I wrote this before I knew about the new coach, sounds good tbh

Sydney 'Rotation' FC

Seedings are great. Don’t get me wrong i like fairy tale stories like the next guy, but those stories should be earnt by knocking out tough players on the way/

Scrap seedings for tennis Grand Slams

Although i totally agree i think it is actually a fifa rule and thus out of the FFA’s hands

Controversial incidents? Replay it again, FFA

To true, I dont understand why there are people who despise the idea of Wellington in our league, Quite simply the team in New Zealand allows for significantly more advertising revenue with another 4 million people added to the market. Australia has such a small population we should be clamoring for more people to get involved with the A-league, especially if we intend on a second division in the future.

39th round Wellington's get-out-of-jail card

The Sydney team is a mix of players of various ages, there are some really exciting youger players like Kofi Danning who at 17 in my oppinion is even quicker than Nikita Rukavytsya. The defender Golec has already played a few games in the first team aswell.

Sydney FC youth team has tremendous talent

Coaches are similar to the great military leaders of history. Some like Napoleon succeed due to their great tactical nous, whilst others like Joan of Arc are so revered by their troops that their men fight many times better than they would under anyone else.

Maradona may inspire an effort from the Argentinians that would nullify any tactics of any opposition coach…

Fans rejoice as Maradona takes charge

i honestly believe we have the tougher two opponents in the Uzbeks and the japs, however oman and qatar are not really in the same league, we should easily get into the top 3.

Uzbekistan will challenge the Socceroos

Towser, it would be nice if everyone could support together, but the realisty is that two groups of fans who support the same club may have entirely different ideas of what support is. And thus whilst one group like SCC may require 90 minutes of jumping and chanting as a pre-requisite to standing among them, another group like the Cove is happy to allow people to sing at their pleasure.

whats more some groups will sing different songs to others.

the best result is a multicultural atmosphere of colour and noise throughout the stadium, where different groups support how they please.

Could the FFA's grip on the A-League be suffocating its fans?

glass is half empty as usual J

A few rants from football's underbelly

if we want to improve the ref’s actually send them to a country where the officiating is better, ie europe.

Our football referees need an Asian vacation
