I was married to a Lucille & yes, she did leave me.
The Reds' blueprint that can help Brumbies topple the Chiefs, and the key selection quandary facing Larkham
I’ve always been impressed with the fellas that have complemented the other side win or lose & refrained from taking aim at refs. Criticism of refs should not be something that’s rushed into. Cheers
Thorn's Super Rugby tenure OVER as Queensland go down in nailbiter to Chiefs
It’s a bad look, better to show diplomacy & grace on the podium & have a whinge over a beer in the sheds. Cheers

Sio may well be looked at & brought in by EJ
Eddie's plan to end Pretoria hoodoo takes hit as Alaalatoa injury adds to Wallabies' prop woes
Without a doubt the Rebels Front Row played well but let’s face it, their opponents were very inexperienced. So getting in the team of the week is a bit like kissing your sister. Cheers
Five things we learned: Brumbies loss proved Eddie right, how Hardwick's Namibia switch could sting
Caught a stop frame of the moment Marika’s left arm came into contact with Mapimpi’s thigh. First contact. So Marika did very well. Cheers
Rugby News: Aussie 'misfits' claim historic sevens title, 'astonishing' flaw in Marika tackle, ABs legends clash over loss
Both men were going like steamtrains, that last metre was being measured in hundredths of a second which is pretty much, too fast for thought, everything just approximations. One thing about Sam W, he’s never approach that pace on a rugby field, few have. Cheers

Great story, the man is already a winner. Cheers

'Best thing that happened to me': Taniela reveals he didn't miss rugby 'one bit' but refreshed after a big 'geez, f---' moment
Thanks for that explanation, lifelong rugby fan but minus zero (if there is such a thing) understanding of the physical & technical requirements involving the scrum. Cheers
The niggly, nagging questions ahead of the first Wallabies-England Test
Then if that is the case, it seems to me that we need a very good scrummaging hooker to have alongside of him. And imo young Lonnergan doesn’t seem to be that person at the moment
The niggly, nagging questions ahead of the first Wallabies-England Test
Hi mate, appreciate the article. I don’t quite understand the love for Slipper in this situation. He has been a standout for many years & am a fan, however his scrummaging this year has been a bit suspect imo. The idea of running him on at the end to play tighthead seems fraught with danger. Cheers

Plus the young fella is going to get serious game time against the very talented big boppas from the Pacific Island sides. Cheers
What lessons must Australia's Super Rugby sides learn for next season?
Even the threat of it will have teams worried & Petaia is excellent in the air as well
What Rennie said about Suli plan, TT latest, Rodda shock, Hodge and McReight calls and Wallabies' 'point of difference'
I would also make the point that Samu & Hannigan aren’t like for like replacements. It is clear that Rennie sees Samu as an impact player, something that Hannigan has never really been. Cheers
Rennie reveals OS trio for England, Taniela latest, how 'versatile' Tah changes backrow options, and A-team plan
I disagree, he picked him a number of times last year because he performed well. Yes Hannigan was unavailable last year & your argument might carry some weight. However Samu’s performances as a finisher were of high quality & Rennie heaped praise on him. Rennie made comments as to his improvement from 2020 to 2021. Cheers

But the he started picking him again. I think Rennie very much appreciates his point of difference. Cheers

And Holloway can certainly throw a long pass.

Good article SW. I was astouded & fearful when Petaia was ‘launched’. I’m even more astounded that Patera hasn’t been rubbed out for a long time. The fact that Petaia isnt currently having to clean his teeth via his backside is just sheer luck. Cheers
Pablo Matera and the Yellow Petaia Submarine; heat or light?
I would suggest that learning from the mistakes of one’s past amounts to sound judgement rather than being a character flaw. And when in charge of a group of young men Thorn felt wrongly or rightly that he had to cut Quade loose.
Who were those masked men? How the Brumbies beat the Hurricanes
Strawman? You used the term ‘fundamentalist Christian’ to further denigrate him as if its some sort thing to be ashamed of. Bad form
Who were those masked men? How the Brumbies beat the Hurricanes
As a happy clapper fundamentalist Christian myself I would like to know how his religious beliefs have any bearing on his coaching. I would also suggest that his seedy past has probably informed him about how bad that sort of behavior can be amongst a group of impressionable youg men. I personally would have liked Quade be given another chance, but hey coaching is a tough gig. Cheers

One lives like that when one has to, reminds me of me. Lol
An incomplete and non-exhaustive list of things Australian teams must do against NZ teams
Yes the cowbell while fun at most times during the game, imo lacks class when a fellow is going for goal.
