Yep. There do appear to be some levels of aggression that require further intervention.

Agree. However there are plenty of the ‘back in my day types’ who think it’s a nothing issue. If they hit the problem with big suspensions and fines now, the behaviour will diminish significantly.

He does need to be punished however his apology is a mitigating circumstance. Give him a fine and suspension, however acknowledge that his admission has allowed for a lesser sentence. This sends an equally important message.

It’s a much bigger sport than rugby league because they are prepared to move with the times. AFL grows stronger while the NRL weakens. Footy on some pubs as evidence is purely anecdotal.

Average over 173 from last 4 hits – he goes all right!!! I like to see people like him succeed. Not just because of his ability but he seems like a humble and well-adjusted person. We need more like him.
