It’s rugby league – does anyone trust anyone? 😂
'Greatest abomination' - Really? Gould's concussion views downright dangerous and irresponsible
Albo, the reason I think it is dangerous and irresponsible is because as a media personality, Gould has a role in educating fans. It’s like when those in the media discuss the rules and get them wrong – in my view this perpetuates a culture of ref blaming. Those in the media have a responsibility and in my view, given all the issues in rugby league, to call this one ‘the biggest abomination’ is unnecessary, unhelpful and yeah… dangerous.
'Greatest abomination' - Really? Gould's concussion views downright dangerous and irresponsible
It’s a good point Don and one that potentially doesn’t get emphasised enough. I have no doubt that there are certain players where extra precaution is taken given past history.

Griffo, I feel like some coaches are more prone to singing and dancing than others. 😂

Rob – thanks for the pick up! My tip is definitely the Panthers.
The Roar’s NRL expert tips and predictions: Round 1
I’m not suggesting picking any woman off the street. There are absolutely women qualified to hold these positions and unless some sort of action is taken the current status quo will remain.
What's the point of the ARLC mandating one female board member?
I would say the answer to that is absolutely yes.
What's the point of the ARLC mandating one female board member?
David, I think term limits are important for any board.
If you have been in a position for over 10 years, I would argue you are no longer considered independent and it’s probably time for someone with fresh ideas.
What's the point of the ARLC mandating one female board member?
Your first point is a very good one.
What's the point of the ARLC mandating one female board member?
I’m absolutely not suggesting that you recruit based on gender, forgetting the necessary attributes required to be a board member. But you are mistaken if there are no women out there with the required skill sets to make our boards and footy clubs better places.
Additionally you make the assumption that those currently sitting on boards are the right people for those jobs. If they were, perhaps we would not have had so many failures at a corporate governance level in our footy clubs.

Hahaha, give me some time to work up to it!!

Nat, I can assure you that they did! At the end of the game, they all stood arm in arm and did a big slide on the wet surface!!

Is rugby league the only sport where blow outs occur in the early rounds?
PNG Orchids kick off Cup campaign with win over Canada Ravens but some things more important than results
Uhhh…. this is only the Orchids second World Cup. I’m not sure exactly what you are referring to when you say 68 years, but the women’s RLWC has certainly not been going that long.

Thanks for letting me know, Brett! I’m sorry I didn’t include the Force initially too!!
What can we reasonably expect of the Wallaroos at the Rugby World Cup?
Hugh, my understanding was that the Waratahs did pay a nominal fee. But let me do some more investigating. Appreciate your work and support very much!

The Roosters did it last year…
And again – on the small pay most of these women are on, I do not think it is appropriate to ask them to play more games.
