E.Taylor is by far the best candidate. Team man, professional, no niggling stuff in his game, doesn’t try and milk penalties. Top player
Aaron Woods needs to give up the captaincy
I have come to the conclusion that he doesn’t want the captaincy. A fresh start at a new club with no responsibility is what I reckon he actually wants.
Aaron Woods needs to give up the captaincy
Outstanding, Al. Agree with with everything you said.
Moses' motivation for Eels move? Finals footy
Precisely. Forms part of a confusing set of circumstances.
Moses' motivation for Eels move? Finals footy
Draw debate aside, at the start of the year were you really expected to beat Penrith or the Sharks? Even Manly would have seemed a safer bet. I see the current form as outstanding regardless of the draw.
Paul (Mary) McGregor’s miracle
Marshall’s biggest fault was that he hampered Widdop. Gareth was better when Benj wasn’t there and he’s been better since he left. It turned out to be a terrible pairing.
Paul (Mary) McGregor’s miracle
Sheens’ decision to play Lawrence as a fill-in 5/8 despite his lack of ball skills was just mind boggling. And his persistent use of Moltzen in 2012 was very costly.
A little bit of Sheenius: Is Des going mad?
Yeah, I like the big 3 stuff. Brooks just hasn’t come on enough to keep at the club on the dollars he wants. Either he has to come cheap or catch ya later.
Tigers need Cleary oxygen to get off life support
Adding a Cronk to the Tigers’ team would instantly lift the whole place. However, I highly doubt he would come. He is most likely headed to the Dogs.
Tigers need Cleary oxygen to get off life support
Perhaps. However, I think the Tigers have finally got the right man for the job. In all seriousness, the club was dogged by some internal rubbish at both a board and player level when both Potter and Taylor signed. Consequently, their tenures where undermined from the very start. Similar stuff was happening at Penrith when Gus got there a few years ago which is why he vocally said at the time he wanted an experienced coach for the Job as the Riff was not a suitable place for a rookie. More blame needs to be placed on the board’s decision to install Potter and Taylor who have subsequently had their coaching careers torpedoed due taking their role for which they were either: a) Not prepared for, or b) Not good enough for. However, it has taken this turbulent time for the board to realise this.

Watch out their Travis, Quiggly will put you on his C list.
Australia came close but missed the Marsh in India
Righto Qwerty, thanks for your Z list input.
Australia came close but missed the Marsh in India
Now that’s an intelligent rotation policy

Son, what an entry. Sensational points!
I’d like to see Maxwell lock down the number 6, give Handscomb the gloves and bring in either another class bat or a Mitch Marsh type that can actually do the a proper all-rounders’ job.
Australia came close but missed the Marsh in India
I’d like to see Oz make Handscome the keeper. Other nations seem ok with manufacturing a keeper. But that’s for another article

Form can come and go. Austin, for example, has been good for a few year; however, he was carving up the opposition on nearly a weekly basis a few years back plus he was scoring points – he was in “red hot” form.
Pearce for the Blues again, Laurie?
There was an injury during the game and McQueen was pushed to the wing; Toops was the opposite winger.
Pearce for the Blues again, Laurie?
Jeez, this article was well timed.
