Philip and Coleman you have a great 2nd Row. High workload and combative.
Potentially the best 2nd Row in the World by the World Cup unfortunately Australia you have a coach who will pick for his own personal and ego reasons rather than what is best for the team.

You then approach every Mitre 10 and NRC players of quality to play who will not pick up a Super Rugby contract and have the choice to go back to club.
Let’s be honest there better players in the Mitre 10 cup who can not get a contract than many of the Players in Australian Super Rugby teams.
You allow all teams to have as many Marquee players that they like.
WA could lend SA players from their academy not needed in their squad during the season with a callback clause.
Imagine a Dan Carter running around in a SA Rams team.
It can work go direct up against Super Rugby it is finished.
