Whatever the platform the A-league is on, it will not engage fans without a season long story line. Currently it is effectively a 27 week qualifying competition for the finals. There are too many games played without meaning. Pro/Rel needs to be introduced to captivate fans throughout the season, while I also believe the finals system should reduced to 4 or 5 teams in order to stop rewarding mediocrity. Once each game has more context/meaning, more fans will engage with the product.
Will anyone become the A-League’s free-to-air friend?
Find a more delusional article on the Roar I’ll wait… but I guess anything is possible. I feel sorry for you Spurs fans but admire your passion.
Who will be the champion in the Champions League?
I personally believe that Nathan Lyon is our best t20 bowler, he has always performed when playing for the 6ers, bowling economically in the powerplay and the latter overs whilst taking wickets, He is easily in our best t20 XI whenever that is picked next most, most likely the world cup.

India expose Australia's pace obsession once more
The question is how can real football fans control our game rather than the incompetent FFA. It’s blaringly obvious that the fans disagree with most of their actions and agree on issues like promotion and relegation, shortening the off season, and actual promotion of the competition etc. Is it possible we could revolt…
Music during play at A-League games is the FFA's worst idea yet
Well I was born in 2001 so the 2006 World Cup was the first football I have memory of watching which I can’t really help, sorry. To say I don’t understand how much the World Cup means is outrageous, do you really think I would write this passionate piece with little knowledge of football or it’s history. I appreciate we are at the World Cup but hoping for improvement does not make me depressed, I’m just striving to better ourselves as a footballing nation which is actually quite optimistic if anything.

Noah, its seems as though we are on the same wavelength as each other and I’m glad to hear that someone my age shares the similars opinions.
One question though, as a Man United fan do you enjoy Jose’s defensive style of play or do you feel as though he is wasting our attacking potential?

Paul, to be honest, I’m surprised as you that I can write so eloquently. Thanks for the compliment!

Do you really think I believe this is one of the worst things that will happen to me? To clarify it’s not, but in the world of journalism a bit of hyperbole does help get a point across.

G’day brand6, I accept your suggestion to get some counselling but I think I’ll be alright, although I’m glad someone cares about me. Also I’m not keen for him to jump off a bridge, and yes some comments were a touch harsh but I am a passionate young cricketer who can get carried away at times.

I really hope that the pick someone other than Harris. I feel like his Shield century is irrelevant when he failed to score more than two fifties in his 9 tests. I he has proven that he is an excellent first-class player that was unable to make that step up.
