Australia are no better off than what we were in the OFC at this point of time. Our national youth can’t even beat Laos,…
2 years tops!
A-Leagues 'not in a position where we can underwrite clubs' as Jets, Canberra face uncertain future over ownership dramas
Im actually a huge boxing fan as well as football so i might write something up about Tim Tszyu, I boxed as a amateur in the day as well as played football.
Giancarlo Italiano's rise is the best story in the A-League
I read this ages ago when Vidmar took Adeliade to the ACL final about coaching credits and the AFC said the OFC Pro licenses was equivalent to the AFC B version.
It might have changed now but also there was a thing way back that all A-League coaches must have a AFC pro licenses to coach in the A-League and the Gold Coast United coach what ever his name was didnt even have a OFC license and kicked up a stink that he didn’t need it which the FFA at the time pushed him to go study for it.

Credit also has to go to the youth in the team, Wellingtons academy is prob one of the best in the A-League and it has shown throughout the last few seasons. And it has become a backbone to a successful Nix team. Just like the CCM. Some might say they lack flair but if this is true then they make up for it in mental toughness.
Giancarlo Italiano's rise is the best story in the A-League
No kiwi coach has a AFC A license or UEFA pro license which was part the reason none of them were considered. Only Herber has a UEFA pro one but he was never in the running.
Giancarlo Italiano's rise is the best story in the A-League
To totally rebuild the squad with so many kids and be on top of the league for your first coaching gig does say a lot about this man. Underrated for sure.

What happened with the fight between the two coaches? The Indian team coach said something to CCM coach and there was a scuffle at half time. Sore loser syndrome?
AFC Cup interzonal semis preview: Is the comeback on, or will the Mariners coast through the second leg?
I heard on the Radio that Paramount wont be renewing any extension to the 5 year deal the APL currently have with them due to the company being in the red and cutting back content by up to %70. With none existence TV ratings for ALM and ALW I see the APL going back to FOXTEL with there tail between there legs begging for any new deal they can grab.
The A-League is pretty much on its death bed after next season.
A-League report card: Frustrated fans, crap scheduling, Socceroo mystery men and wasted money, but the brand is strong
A better TV deal would go along way, And marketing too.

The Roar's A-League Men tips and predictions: Round 21
I reckon Rudan can turn things around, The big lose will be a wake up call to the players.
Goals galore, great strikes and penalties: The A-League players who were the difference in Round 20
CCM will thrash them once again.
AFC Cup interzonal semis preview: Is the comeback on, or will the Mariners coast through the second leg?
I missed the game due to working late last night, couldn’t believe the score when i checked my phone. If WSW miss the final i believe Rudan will walk/get the sack.
Seventh heaven for City as Rudan no-shows presser after horror defeat
Credit where credit is due, Waz is right that Roar should have been 3 -1 up but SFC defense was great and everyone on that team did there job. And by right SFC could have won the game too as the played so well you would not have though they were 1 man down. So yeah im not sick i can respect a team that doesn’t give up. As i was hoping Roar would thrash them after the send off. Just shows the mind set of these SFC players.
Victory bounce back in Original Rivalry, Mariners nab top spot, can Rudan turn it around?
Come on Nixs!!! I hope we can win the league but CCM seem unstoppable at the moment. And how good are SFC with ten men and still managed a draw and looked the better team too.

We are gonna need all the firepower we can get against a rampart Lebanon side that should beat us in Canberra by a few goals. Best out come would be a narrow 3-2 loss or a fluke draw.
Taggart brace saves Perth again as Glory super-sub nearly snatches all three points in stoppage time
CCM smashed them 4-0!! Hope they can bring the trophy home!

He reckons NZ should have its own pro league and the Nix leech of Australian football.

Like the Socceroos, there fans are irrelevant.
Violence is not 'passion': Wanderers fans chuck a wobbly again... why is it always them?
Cant wait for the derby games its gonna be massive in NZ and id put my money on the Nix to win the first derby match!
Wanderers humiliated, dark times on the terraces, is premiership now two-horse race?
Wow the Nixs fans boo at Adelaide’s thuggery and you think its overreacting to everything on field.
How do A-League fans convince police that passion is not a crime?
Come on Wellington!!!! CCM won it last year and SFC have to many trophy’s so the Nix’s must win the league for the fate of the game in Australia and New Zealand!. Oh and Adeliade for the spoon.

R.I.P. Jets, prob the best thing that can happen to them atm with funds being scars. Auckland to replace them and they can move forward in the 2nd Division when its up and running.
'Would be a tragedy': Can the Jets find a new owner, or are they about to spiral out of the A-League?
