Wow it is you that was the oracle after all, how did you know?
It's time for an international window across all rugby leagues
It is a load on the officials, rather have a time keeper and switch off the clock so that time wasting is eliminated rather than penalised in a ridiculous fashion.
The punishment does not fit the crime
'If I knew you would do that': Raynal made the right decision the wrong way
Thanks Pass, I agree that he took too long, I was merely pointing out that in my opinion, Foley, myself and loads of others I have spoken to, had absolutely no idea what was to come for the indiscretion.
Is Foley to blame, sure he is, no dispute

Nice read
Is rugby wrestling? Refs have become stage managers instead of officiators as game heads towards reality TV territory
I did not dispute that Foley was warned, of course he was, repeatedly as you have mentioned.
However I stand by my assumption that Foley had no idea ‘WHAT PUNISHMENT’ he would receive, that is all, he called his bluff and got it wrong, I dont believe he knew what was coming, I have never seen that happen, especially in a penalty kicking scenario on his defensive 5m line
'If I knew you would do that': Raynal made the right decision the wrong way
Yip, I agree, and thank you. Big bluff call, he had no idea what was coming.
In poker terms, Foley was sitting with a pair of Aces. The flop had an ace, a king and a queen.
The turn and river jack and an eight.
Raynal of course had a lonely nine and Ten.
Big bluff call
'If I knew you would do that': Raynal made the right decision the wrong way
The call did not change the result, it changed the probability.

No Fin, whilst I did have a bet on the game, I would like to say I am an Master at odds, prices, probability by trade. I analysed it like that myself.
I would be interested to know from anyone who was watching the pricing at the time.

He certainly was not Hammeetime, that’s why I spent a few days trying to understand it

I thought so too AusKiwi

100% Harry, 19 v 3 would have been a better result, I do suspect though, that this week will be worse for the AB’s, I really believe they will battle to get more than 10pts, its not so much about a good bok team, and much more about a really out of sorts AB team, rudderless, hail mary’s etc, no idea and that you cannot fix in a week

Why do you say this?

Great read, I agree, although it must be said I am not in favour of moaning at Refs, I believe they are not biased and all make mistakes
We should all thank Rassie
100% Young Man, by way of my website and youtube channel I have been asking the question Is Cheika still employed? I have to say though thsi will be his LAST GAME, Argentina will wipe the floor with this Aussie Bunch. Watch this space
An open letter to Michael Cheika: Sir, please step down
Thank you Cpt crow eater, I have to say I have thought about it for a while and judging by the comments you do not stand alone, it is quite novel!!
How promotion-relegation would reinvigorate Super Rugby
Nobrain, the idea was to form a second Argentinian team, which would create depth and options for the team, something similar to the Spanish la liga in soccer, Barcelona B play in the lower tier and MAY NOT be promoted unless Barcelona get relegated.
How promotion-relegation would reinvigorate Super Rugby
Thank you Kashmir Pete, although I penned this piece in around thirty minutes, I did mull over it for months, I just finally decided to let out the thoughts.
I just felt with the majority of people out there saying there is too much, I rattled my brain to think about how we could get more without losing what we have or have had in the past.
In the US the Basketball, ice Hockey & MLB all play two to tree times a week, sure it is not the same intensity of Rugby, but with more squad depth an extra game would not cost that much.
As much as I am humbled by the compliment of a Roar GURU (Which I hope to be someday) I do feel it would be nice if someone in a position of power at SANZAAR would read it and feel the same way as you.
Interestingly a few years ago I lived next door to Andy Marinos’s father, but I never got to meet the guy, if I had I would have let him know!!
Thank you again for your comments

Smashed?
You have misused the English word, out of 6 games, games where favourites were expected to win by more than 5, 5 minuses arrived, sadly this game was the only plus to arrive.
This game was hardly a smashing, not sure what you were watching?, but Australia failed, expectations were closer to thirty than twenty.
I see you are an editor, then I say this can only be called Irresponsible Journalism Had Australia won this by fifty, smashing is an adequate description, but you are way off in this match
