there’s plenty of time ot rest between the Oval and Optus stadium in November vs the kiwis.
Cummins, Hazelwood and Starc will as keen as mustard to grind the Poms into the south London dust.
Siddle in for Lyons and Labs doing the spinning may be the only change if Lyon is injured.

6 changes to a winning side?
Madness.

Australia won’t change a winning side – unless someone is injured.

It’s obvious Walker was dropped because word had reached the selectors about the prosecutors appealing his let off on domestic violence charges. He may be facing a re-trial.
The cops will also seek an AVO against Walker next week.
Walker has a whole mess of off-field problems and there’s no way he could be in the Blues squad. He’d be a liability and a distraction, regardless of whether he deserves another chance at rep footy.

Why are you shocked at Gould’s one-sided commentary? Is this your first rodeo?

Maroons prove there is no such thing as a dead rubber in Origin

The intercept stopped a try. Making it 18-16. A tough kick may have made it 18-18. The NSW has to score again or win in extra time. Tough to say the intercept stopped a NSW win.

NSW made lots of easy metres all series with fast play the balls. That seemed to be the glsring difference. That and goal kicking.

DCE, Munster, Morgan, Holmes – there’s a good spine. With Hunt at hooker and Ponga at lock.

I am not convinced that a Blues dynasty has begun.Despite what Gus Gould says.
They were good in game 1.
Goal kicks were the difference in game 2 (where Qld butchered their chances).
Game 3 saw Qld on top. Worringly, like game 2, Qld left about 30 points on the paddock.
So where’s this dynasty?
At least next year will be interesting.

Glorious whinging from Gould.

I never realised just how big and strong Munster is.
2019 – Holmes, Morgan, DCE, Holmes. That’s a pretty decent spine.

How many bad reads have there been from Mitchell this series?
DCE would have made big difference in the first two games – can we all agree on that?

Finally – decent attacking move.

Qld just missing the finishing polish on their attacking moves. Smith, Thurston and Cronk would have put on 6 tries in that first half.
Still the youngsters will be all the better for the experience.’
NSW are hungrier.

But Matt, who is your premiership pick now that you accept the Raiders are toast?
As a Dragons fan, it pains me to admit their struggles against the easybeats in the comp worry me.
As much as I hate it the Bunnies are looking very very good.

Just how wrong can a pre-season ladder prediction be?
