With five rounds remaining of the regular season, amidst the background of the events in Christchurch, let’s jump into those A-League talking points from Round 22.

I love the responses.
But understand the material you’re responding to. I just want more people to enjoy the game. Meanwhile, your trying to start an unnecessary disagreement with someone who should be on your side.
Equally, you’re right. You’re responding to a blog. You too can’t be upset if someone calls you out on the manner. It works both ways.
Anyway, this has really run its course. We’ve generally found more common ground today than usual.

I don’t recall people complaining about the atmosphere at the Grand final Adelaide hosted.
Nemesis, you’ve got a bit of the pugilist about you, which is fine. You need to direct it carefully though. So I would like 50,000 people attending home and away fixtures regularly. I didn’t realise wanting more spectators and viewers meant I don’t like football in this country.

The streaming viewing figures issue has really gnawed at me this season. Surely there must be a way to measure who is watching through the football app and Kayo.

Maybe if you read the talking point properly, rather than mis-interpreting it to suite your criticism. I literally said: “I’m not blaming the FFA for doing the right thing.”
It is more than fair enough to say that the international break, which a large portion of domestic league loving fans around the world hate, was no particular fun given the lack of socceroos and no A-League.
And I am, as Jordan pointed out, far from an expert. Just airing an opinion.
