I didn’t get to see the game or the presser but will in the next few days just out of curiosity..
But from what I’ve read Ricky’s “same old same old” arrogance is there..Never seen an interview where he is agreeable or nice for that matter..

I think the trouble for LM why he’s lost fans is his on field attitude & his comments after..He totally lost me with Joey Manu’s hit a few years ago & his comment after “the game has to change not him”..That hit was horrific to see..
I’ll admit I’m a Chooks supporter but for some reason wasn’t concerned that he left there was an attitude starting to form back then..But I hope he can get over the struggles he is facing & get back to good footy for his Club, team members & fans…

But allowing him to go home & not bond & train with his team mates is rewarding bad behaviour…He has let his team down he should be there to show he wants to improve & help get things back on track for his team,fans & club…Letting him do his thing is defeating the purpose of his punishment…Like it’s only 5 weeks into the season…

GB,JWH has just come off a 5 or 6 weeks suspension not sure why you think he gets special treatment,he has let the Chooks down a lot of times when he was really needed also Victor for that matter..LM has been given fines & hasn’t been made sit out games….He escaped any punishment when speaking out on other teams punishments & his expletives at the end of a game & last week when sliding into an opponent he got a fine he has been lucky up until now..Your team has been playing with the majority if not all players they are going through a rough patch,it happens but “whinging” (isn’t that what you told me yesterday?) about LM’s brain snap is on him..A bit of time off is probably what he needs but we are only 5 weeks into the comp…

Yeah the Boys on The Footy Show commented on that this morning Big Gordy about him probably heading up to his farm,but they also said he should stay & bond/train with his team mates…If he’s not there to keep up with his team he will be behind the eight ball as they say…

GB how about the wilted lettuce slaps LM has received from the comments on other players time out, Abdos meeting the other week & yes even the collision on his mate last week no time off just a fine…How many weeks off did JWH receive for his last indiscrepency 5 or 6 weeks? Firstly in my opinion he should of been sent for 10 for the elbow if it was say Victor or JWH they would of been “gooorrn”!!!! I’ll leave the lift for someone else to comment on..But let’s see what the Judiciary has to say on both…

Hi Sheek I remember Russell Fairfax very well he made many of us teenage girls in the middle 1970’s hearts flutter…I also remember him with the Snowy River Bears (think in a Coaching capacity) in group 16 if my memory serves me right…I came across an old photo album the other day with a Russell Fairfax picture cut out of an old “Rugby League Week”…
Another good player (& good looker) was Ian Shubert…Ahhh those were the days.. 😂

Hey GB,I just read what you wrote it was a very honest account of your team..Not sure of your comment about “slippery Solly” though…But you did a great job of breaking down where you think the problems lie..They will improve, all our teams go through hard times the Chookies have had they’re fair share of problems over the last few years & no doubt will again but for now I just hope they will continue they’re great work especially for JWH’s last year.. 😊

But there are ‘rules & rules’ when the NRL deal with ‘Trell’..I don’t usually agree with Gus Gould but he was spot on in his comments on 100% Footy on Monday night..But we’ll sit back & wait for the next controversial comment & see how the NRL deals with that next time..

Yep James 7 our Fathers & Grandies knew where & when to swear (it’s what you call being a Gentleman) & certainly not infront of Women & Children,but those times are gone..Another thing my Dad always said don’t discuss politics or religion..

As much as I hate to admit it I think Teddy is very much at the back end of his career as No:1,about time to let Joey have a go while we’ve got him for the rest of the year,it couldn’t hurt..We definitely need a bit of a turn around…Because it won’t be long if it hasn’t already started the call for Robo to step aside,my Son in Law (a Dogs Supporter) only said to me on Saturday if I thought they should step him down,to which I replied a definite & defiant NO!!
