Yep spot on. Only your first sentence tho. You and people like you who are never satisfied with any player or anything anyone does are a big problem in Aus rugby.
'We’d like to see Taniela stay': RA 'absolutely' want Thor for Lions, have 'contingency plans' for Rebels crisis
Name the legal right we all have to be selected to represent our country. Your post is silly.
Your so called backwards rugby boards are the top 5 teams bar SA.
'We’d like to see Taniela stay': RA 'absolutely' want Thor for Lions, have 'contingency plans' for Rebels crisis
Brian 4 of the top 5 select internally only. Whats the lesson RA should learn there?
What you arnt factoring in is the domestic damage done if they do your suggestion. To downplay the importance of maintaining a domestic comp worthy of developing is a massive mistake.
Any of Arg and Scotland play in the stronger UK comps as with Georgians, Uraguay,Japan Samoa, Tonga etc play in the UK comps or in SR.

Does he have to be the messiah? Why cant he just be a good coach doing a good job?

Tupou can be a pretty good player when he’s on, just go home to Brisganistan and admit you didn’t like the old coach.
Silly comment. He signed knowing BT was leaving. Lets always blame everyone else eh. The Aussie rugby way.

Doesn’t seem to be aware that so many of our best are already outside it.
Strongly disagree. Many of our best?????? Nup. Thats not true. So where is this massive list of BEST players overseas?

What is paid is irrelevant. He is worth the 600K im hearing so I see no issue. Why play the game of offering unders and hoping he takes it. Lock it up and the deal is done. Now he is locked in thru to the WC. Awesome.
'They've got to have some trust': DC's vision for star trio as Jorgo says gold jersey '100%' fuelled decision to stay
Christy why could people from NSW not relate to a team called the Waratahs? What do you wnt them called? Shute shield?

NK I agree they are hitting the problem with Aus rugby. Why does Aus rugby always have to rubbish some fantastic news with a problem other than whether its a club or a franchise? Why can Aus rugby never be happy with its signings? This guy is a Wallaby in the making and a genuine possibility of being a star for 10 year and you are upset because he referred to HIS place of work as a CLUB. I dont care if he calls it Kindy. Provided he signed with them and will be in Aus rugby and probably the Wallabies for a long time. He will be 22 v the Lions and 24 at the next WC. 28 at the 1 after. Probably 32 at his 3rd WC.
He is a world class athelete in the making and its great where the Wallabies are going. Yes the Admin is horrible and needs to be sorted but the player depth is building.

The inquiry was part of the requirement put on NZR by the Players Union to get the PE thru. Ive not studied it yet but will do some time. Independence was a crucial part of the report and I think Dame Patsy is an excellent person to have drive this.

Sorry, you wrote RM. RM was an ABs weakness over the last 4 years. Thats a Foster issue, no one elses. Foster never decided he wanted BB or RM and he never gave anyone a shot. Dmac hs been outplaying RM for 3 years at SR level. You dont hve to be in the winning side to be better than someone who is.
You seem to throw to much weighting on a WC game where NZ had a lot of injuries and didnt need to win.
Razor's pursuit of 'hard bastard' Sam Whitelock reveals the ugly truth about the modern All Blacks
I have not followed the case but do know it was 2 yellows to equal a red. 2 yellows often isnt even a extra week off, or never used to be garranteed anyway. I presume its something to do with that.

Yep for sure Japan is far easier cash thats 100%. And yep Id be looking un Japan as Havili’s manager. He was never a 12. Big boot and solid for 15 tho as you mention.
I think what they have paid for Jorgo is too good now but may end up a bargain if it keeps him here for the next WC cycle at least. Agree on Banks. Dont get it. Lucky him I guess lol.

yeah I think the Lions tour is coming too quick but the 2027 WC will see quite a few youngsters coming into their mid 20s and plenty of the Reds young team have around 4 years experience now. Good times ahead????? Hopefully. Just not TOO good LOL.

Hype for the next big thing is the Aussie way Guess. Always looking for the next superstar before allowing it to develop correctly.
I believe they kept the right one from League and let MM go.

Im liking Carter signing with the force too. Plenty of promise coming thru. Yes 100% I hope they retain the majority.

He’s 19 Guess. I like the look of him and quite a few other youngsters coming thru in Aus rugby. No thanks to RA but they come thru anyway.

That side WILL win SR tho Bobby. DC will tell us in Feb.

Yep agree bt I think they dont always let us know the niggles some players are having. EG my Chiefs are resting Dmac and Ive found out since he has a bit of a groin niggle when kicking so its a precautuion that fits in with their plans anyway. Im really looking for ward to a great game and whilst Ive tipped the Reds they will need to turn up to play. I think the Brumbies defence has been sus this year ( a little bit Lol ) but so has the Reds too.

Haha more like 10 bourbons but Im hearing ya. 😂 😂

That would break contracts id guess. Maybe do a NRC at dame time as NPC then do crossover of those comps. SR has to continue in current teams and current format. It leads well into the june/July test window.
'Previous chairman can not be a scapegoat': First salvo fired in bid to spill the Rugby Australia board
Agree….id be happy if they reduced the pen chase. Free kicks without a scrum option… kick for touch or run it.
WR's mooted law changes are great - but show there's a hell of a lot wrong with rugby in 2024, and that sucks
I’m keen to see the crowd Bobby. Keen to see the game too lol.

I think both sides are suffering in defence JD. Some soft tries concerned.

Why do many of you guys bother following rugby? Many on here seem to just hate anything at all. This is a positive rugby article around players and staff recruitment and 75% of commentors just want to hate on the players or the sport in general. Why?
