obscene home ground advantage ??? what ?? have you had a good look at richmond, collingwood and hawthorn’e fixtures over the past decade ? they barely leave the dam vic state , its a pathetic bias joke to every other AFL team and dont get me started on geelong

having been the the G many times over the years for our great game i can say the Perth stadium is by far the best stadium in Australia. Yes i live in beautiful WA but to me , the G is out dated and needs a good overhaul. its a superb stadium without doubt but its not 21st century standard.

if West Coast apply pressure against the Saints like they did against the crows it should be a good win , however, there will be no Shuey or Redden for the hardness going at the ball this week so i hope the boys can make up the standard both these players contribute and apply the same pressure

Being a long term WCE member i have been disappointed with some coaching moves or non moves and ideas this year. Throwing 5 senior players at once back into a game when the kids were showing guts and determination was a bad mistake, and Simmo and the coaching panel should have known that.
Throwing Ozzie Allen around the ground, back, forward, ruck , this poor kid had zero time to learn the craft of being Kennedys replacement when moved around the ground like chess game – bad mistake. Simmo admitted his game plan needed tweaking but says ‘ its too late’ towards the end of the season – well no its not to late , do it, experiment , do something! bad mistake. Having Schofield in the coaching mix now will show the others how it should have been done. Kennedy hasn’t resigned yet and i hear he’s been offered a years contract on quite a reduced salary. i hope he takes it and we get up next year for Nic, Gaffy and Shep.
