I’m just happy my team ISN’T looking for a coach.

only gluttons for punishment would be any team that thinks seibs … umm, putting it nicely … any team that thinks seibs actually is a coach.

Seibold still has NRL coaching ambitions

Absolute rubbish! Written by a seibo fanboi (always blame the players). I once owned 20 cars at once (yeah small car rental co) and couldn’t tell you how many mechanics I met with impressive tool boxes and no clue which end of the grease gun to use to loosen the floor mats. Yeah that stupid.

Seeing exactly the same thing at Brisbane, a pretty good set of players but a guy organising it with not a single clue where to poke his head out after he’s put his shorts on his arms. Yeah, that useless.

Can Brisbane please get a coach now? Why wait until next year?
It’s clearly a disaster not having one – at least could get some practice in before next season.

A team of the NRL's most disappointing players

“Leave Seibold alone” ?? you kidding? Throw him out!

Any idiot can operate a well oiled well tuned machine as were previous jobs he had – just switch it on and press the go button, and once in a while run it through the wash. But when it needs some grease and fading parts changed the operator needs to get down and get it done – either themselves or sub that work out to a mechanic.

Seibs only ever did well when he was handed a machine in top condition, but had no clue how to identify when things needed checking. Even less when handed a machine that needs an oil change or just a go-over checking the nuts and bolts were tight. Everything he touched faded.
He’s the classic old lady driving a car: as long as it starts and runs that’s all that’s needed, only when it completely stops it’s time to call the AA. … never mind that funny noise that’s been getting louder since a few months back … in fact just turn up the radio and it’s fixed.

Where to now for the struggling Brisbane Broncos?

One of the most basic needs is to have a coach; Seib’s simply does not fit that description.

Where to now for the struggling Brisbane Broncos?

lived on the Sunny Coast for a handful of years, half of Melbourne is between there and the Gold Cost every June – early September – AKA by Qlders as “Mexicans.”

How to repay the Warriors in 2021? Stretch the gratitude into 2022 as well

Well Fafita left, sure the money but the other reasons given started with: seibold. c’mon, I’m out there many weekends …even schoolboys’ trained by weekend coaches do over 30 minutes before they lose the plot.

Time to be honest: seibold may be a nice guy (apart from blaming the players every week), but he’s not a coach – it’s that simple.

Broncos update: Seibold stays

Well to be fair there’s nothing wrong with the guys,
seibold their ‘coach’ (being honest he’s NOT a coach hence quotes required) seeing positives in the team is fair too; it’s that person in his mirror that is their failure.
… noticed how absolutely no one wants to work with him.

Smith feels for battling Broncos

how long will they stay 100% behind him? the guy has zero credibility.
there must be more to it than just a contract… perhaps a story that isn’t being told?
…big enough they are willing to throw the players, any and all of them under the bus.
Rothie, Kentie, Hoops, you’re not digging deep enough or in the wrong place.

Seibold is safe according to Broncos CEO

Please Bronco’s: Get a coach.

(Seib’s isn’t – how much prof do you need .. even the bunnies declined from top 4 after he took over
Bronco’s started fading since the day he took over in 2019 – in the start they lasted a while (won a few) playing messy, ad-hoc, to personal skills or in other words NOT following his plan
this year he’s forced them to always play his crap (my way or the highway) and here’s the result.

It just gets more sad for the Broncos

mostly they need a coach. it’s that simple.

Eight talking points from NRL Round 6

“players aren’t up to standard” … or players just showing up to punch their time card and collect their pay packet.

You've gotta feel for the Warriors and Kearney

“unless we can get a top line coach we need to buy leaders”
– band aids don’t fix a problem, they only cover it up …for a while. Even band aids turn yellow and brown if left on a wound too long.

Brisbane needs a coach.

A rant from a Brisbane Broncos fan

Absolutely, but the players key role is to do THEIR job.
The coaches role is to get them to do it together
– chess pieces have unique roles and together form a team but they don’t move themselves or each other.

The problem and hence the solution is this simple: the Bronco’s need a coach.

A rant from a Brisbane Broncos fan

Broncos, Dragons, Dogs and now even Warriors (self inflicted) all don’t have and need a coach.

Talk about being able to pick your own job.

Bellamy weighs up coaching future

So every week the coach (and to be fair media) blames the players, changes players around, and get’s the same result? Why don’t people see where the problem is? He’s a nice guy, seems to be a friend of the media meatheads, but Seib’s isn’t building a team, he’s merely shuffling cards over and over hoping that they magically come out in the proper order.

Brisbane Broco’s need a coach. It’s that simple.

The Broncos' spine is broken - again

do they not realise the insult that was?
why do something without fully understanding the background of it?

show solidarity sure, but kneeling? totally out of place, out of context,
unless it was really meant as the sick parody it invoked.

NRL shows support for Black Lives Matter movement as players take a knee

Bronco fans just waiting for this season to end, and hopefully start over next year WITH A COACH.

Broncos coach Seibold hits back at critics

speaking of coaches what do you rate the chances next season the Bronco’s will actually have one??

It’s 100% obvious, proven, dead and dusted that scienphilosocrap ain’t working even slightly and who really thinks even he is thick enough to believe his own “it was the players fault again, again, again, again….”?

Eight talking points from NRL Round 4

since they ditched SJ worries have struggled in last play options, 90% of SJ’s kicks were on a dime (and seemed to share a telepathic link with the wingers). Now thy get very few good/well placed kicks (more kick and hope) and for tries mostly on holes / quick double pass type moves – yes they work (and look better) but far certain than it comes off. How many tries from well placed kicks.

Almost every other coach knowing the worries only score the holes or/and quick double/long passes and that their kicks totally suck defending is no matter what just stay in your own position (the stuff they were taught in under 12’s). Because the kicks suck only ever need 2 guys a little bit further back to way easy clean up grubbers/loppies.

Worries scorelines don’t blow out because of any new rule, they blow out because the opposition is playing last-play defense just like they were drilled to do in junior grades.

Kearney: Rule changes will lead to routs

Broncos should improve next year … when they get a coach.

Roosters' last-second field goal after 5-try first half is trolling at its finest

They need to get Tohu Harris back in, not much of an individual feature on the scorecard but the stats of the games he’s there vs those he missed are “interesting.” He’s got a good game/prediction brain on him and not afraid to use his voice to push the youngun’s to where they’ll capitalise from it.

Why your team will do better in 2020: Warriors

Boys! We stuffed up that set play big time!
Quick! … kick the ball at the ref! … a falcon get’s us a replay!

The NRL’s rule changes are a mixed bag

why does rugby league (officials, administrators) spend so much time apologising for it’s rules?

Joey's ref criticism is absurd

The only dislikes I have of the judiciary is:
1. using professional lawyers, people who studied the law not the game, people who make trifles over what a single word in a sentence means, people who will argue degrees (i.e. he didn’t hit him that hard and off to the side anyway, second time he missed” – point is he did hit him and the rules say hitting is not allowed…)
2. (also brought up by the lawyers) last time this bloke did the same thing and got off or only got 1 small suspension. Each case should be judged on it’s own merits, the only regard taken into it is if the NRL has decided it’s something that needs to be taken out of the game sooner rather then later (for instance the shoulder charge.)

It’s sad how the NRL will say “we need to get rid of X.” Someone goes to the judi and uses “last time that fella only got a tap on the wrist so I deserve the same (or less).

Quite often commentators will admire split second decisions where say the player switched direction from left to right, so it’s not as if the players are stupid, if they can make split second decisions for good surely they can make split second decisions not to continue with stupid and dangerous acts?
Sam can make split second decisions to pass or take on (attempt to bust through) a tackle, why can’t he make a split second decision to act like a 2 year old kid and not pull someones hair? For mine 1 week sit out was light, how old is he?

The NRL absolutely didn’t “create a mess,” the players/teams (with “professional advisors”) are purposely wrecking it. Using legal tactics to defend (calling a spade a spade) their own stupidity and (we’ve established they’re smart enough to choose) deliberate acts.

The NRL has created a mess with its judiciary system

NRL’s spent years trying to promote the game as being played by responsible adults,
this guy comes out like a snotty 2 year old that’s had 2 liters of extra sweetened fizzy drinks.
in one act of stupidity has destroyed a couple of years work of the NRL promotion folks

player contracts have behavior/conduct rules; he’s broken them, kick him out!
immigration should review him too,
visa and residency requirements also have conduct requirements

NRL doesn’t need childish grubs, Australia doesn’t want them either.
should be stuck on the next plane out.

Sam Burgess vows not to change his ways despite hair-pulling suspension
