The Wrap: Contrasting semi-finals set the scene for an epic Super Rugby Final
Chiefs are into mischief
The Wrap: Contrasting semi-finals set the scene for an epic Super Rugby Final
Thanks GP. Blues were garroted. Brums were slowly strangled. Brums were more used to finals. Blues failed to lift
The Wrap: Contrasting semi-finals set the scene for an epic Super Rugby Final
thanks GP. topsy turvy weekend that. The one that got me the most, is the Brums drastic lineup change
The Wrap: Finals picture still unclear after a difficult week for rugby

Andy's doomed Suaalii stance shows most dangerous place in Aus rugby is in between Hamish and Eddie
Very nice, thanks BeeMc. I would like to see more from the Rebels, Tahs. Wished the season went for a longer to enable them time to grow. NRL for example has 27 pre-finals rounds I think. Super Rugby is around half that.
'Don't see them winning another game this season': Why Reds face massive trouble in Super Rugby run in
Dunno exactly HaaaaazzzzAÀAAAAAÀRAAAAaaaaAAA. Should be a NSW man. Not a yes man. Nor a yesterdays man.
Andy's doomed Suaalii stance shows most dangerous place in Aus rugby is in between Hamish and Eddie
Thanks Phil. Welcome to the ROAR. In addition, you may wishto consider the market size that feeds the competition: viewers, advertisers, memberships, tickers, and merch. Aus Rugby isnt competitive in its own market and NZ is too small.
Also having really good coaches, they make all the difference. Good players come after that
To fix rugby, we must go back to the future
Thanks Haaazzaaaa!!! Godfather comes to mind
– Tom Hagen was let go as consigliere
– The family was going to war
– As RARA goes to its own “war”. Hamish needs a wartime #2
– I dont think Marino is the kind of guy for it. And I dont think its something he signed up for

Thanks Hazzzaaaaa!!!!
I think we have a bunch of of good blindsides. the problem is the rest of the team. Or rather how they play / not play
'Roam, hit, run': The bouncer Eddie must find in the Wallabies' most open position
the individual markets in NH are big enough to support, i think. not the same in our part of the world
How will Super Rugby Pacific be run in 2024 and why do we still know nothing about it?
Thanks BeeMc. Super Rugby and rugby is in general is hamstrung by ringfencing club competition within limited markets and limited thinking of respective national administrations
How will Super Rugby Pacific be run in 2024 and why do we still know nothing about it?
Thanks GP. Not the most exciting round. But still fun
– Tahs like the Reds went up the guts. And defended well enough, I
– Rebs stopped rebelling after scoring 30 points
– Brums. Lost and won (bonus point). But could have done way better as you mentioned
The Wrap: Scary Chiefs make it a neat nine, Brumbies miscalculate, breakthrough moment for Rebels
Cheers Tim. Red v Red!!!!
The Force, Rebels, and Waratahs have six weeks to break losing habits with the finals still in reach
Does it make you mad?
The Force, Rebels, and Waratahs have six weeks to break losing habits with the finals still in reach
Thanks BeeMc. The improvements by Aussie teams is a bit like peddling up the big hill. The more you make progress, the more difficult it seems to make the summit. But I love the process nonetheless. Hopefully it sticks and becomes permanent. Unlike the Reds bump during the COVID years
The Force, Rebels, and Waratahs have six weeks to break losing habits with the finals still in reach
Thanks Haaazzzaaaaaaaaa!!!
My favourite Aussie scrummagers. They aren’t Aussie. Yes and no. They are playing for the Rebels plus one more who will play for the Rebels.
'Least understood part of rugby': Why Eddie's Wallabies World Cup hopes rest on master and apprentice
Thanks BeeMc. I think he’s a good option. Very consistent. He benefits from having a world class pack in front. I suspect others with the same situation will shine equally. If not more
How the evolution of Tom Wright could help solve problem child position for the Wallabies
i hope whatever IPs been developed isnt lost. Shouldnt throw the baby with the bath water imo
The Wrap: Where have all the Super Rugby upsets gone?
Thanks GP.
BT. Last legs you reckon?
The Wrap: Where have all the Super Rugby upsets gone?
Thanks GP. Yes, for Aus, the pathway thingy – really isnt a thingy. For NZ, its life. and death is the same thing. Its market size and concentration
The Wrap: Super Rugby's two-speed expansion so far provides multiple headaches
Thanks HazzaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Some strange selections. Rennie issue, i believe not due to selections:
– DR’s challenge is how he used the selections against specific type of opponents
– I think EJs challenge will be the same.
'Fewer nonsensical cliches, less platitude soup' - Eddie's first squad fails to tackle biggest concern
thanks for reading oz. And agreeing!
When will Australian coaching stop trying to keep up with the Joneses?
Thanks GP. I never thought EJs boys had any chance to win the RWC. imo it’s a fools errand for a coach and his admistration to talk up real prospects for a win:
– It creates unreslitic expectations.
– eg winning in Loftus, where WBs loss record is even worse than Auckland
– Making radical changes to the game structure and expecting immediate results
– Its a surefy way to lose the confidence and credibility
