It’s line ball isn’t it? He has played some amazing games for Broncos but they have also won plenty without him. What percentage of games has he missed through injury in his time at the Broncos?

Torn bicep puts Reynolds’ season in jeopardy as Roosters prove they're title contenders by belting battered Broncos

Just make ‘Trell Captain/Coach

Steve McNamara can save South Sydney – but if they appoint Bennett, Parra should swoop

Hindsight is a wonderful thing. At the time that they let Reynolds go I believe they were concerned about the condition of his body in relation to the length of time he wanted to be re-signed for

The question Bennett needs to address before deciding if he wants to return to Rabbitohs

Yes, unfortunately Trell thinks he is THE star of the sport and needs to command attention

Latrell is rugby league's clickbait magnet - and it's time to leave him alone

He could try being a bit fitter

I feel he started it

Apart from the last quarter of the game, Souths were in the fight. It was a spirited effort but they were fatigued early. Disappointed to see players smiling and laughing when shaking hands with the opposition after the game. I dont remember ever feeling that good about a loss even in my low division games. That’s not just Souths though by any means. Also disappointed to see players that haven’t played in this particular game seeming to be enjoying g the social environment. You just got beat by 30

Besieged Bunnies show some fight before Panthers flex their muscles - but Tago facing ban for dangerous hip drop

That wasn’t the question …. are you staking your reputation on this revelation?

The question Bennett needs to address before deciding if he wants to return to Rabbitohs

Makes it a good option – get the bucks and succeed or hear the “even the Supercoach couldn’t fix it”

I would have thought that nobody would have the extra 15 minutes in the tank – maybe they should all be training a bit harder. And if it’s because overdoing it may lead to injury or fatigue, why make Topine or anyone do it?

The Jackson Topine case is just like the Shane Heal legal saga that threatens huge modern-day coaching ramifications

Not really a blow until next year – at which point they can replace him. It’s not like he can’t play

Roosters' 2025 troubles mount as premiership-winner Keary announces shock retirement

Nah, not yet. Shows potential but not yet. He’s often 2nd choice for Qld but that should change from now on. Ponga is broken

Koroisau limps out of Tigers' defeat to Broncos after being cruelled by the harshest Bunker call of the year

Still not technically correct, surely….he had absolute control when he grounded it. Crap decision

Hard to take if you’re a West’s Tigers supporter – at a time in the game that would have changed the score nicely

That was sooooo a try.

Just turn up on time mate….try early instead of right down to the wire. Sounds like he needed to show something to the team that day. Toughen up Princess ……

NRL News: 'Happens every day' - Anasta defends Dogs as $4M lawsuit looms over former player's training punishment

Nah – you could never prove that he was maintaining his health outside of the training paddock. Its not like everyone died. Dehydration is an individual thing with many causes

That is true – its a workplace and standards apply in how workers are treated.
There’s plenty of coaches that don’t yell, scream and spit.
Physical punishment is not an option in a workplace but Tapine didn’t say no to what he was asked to do. Nobody made his arms and legs move for him.
I think the biggest part of him that hurt is his feelings

RIP “Tetha”

RIP Terry Hill: Former Manly great, Origin star and cult hero dies in Philippines

If workers in a high risk environment (which yours is) are unfit for work due to drug use, it’s generally considered that they may be more than an occasional or social user. A more ethical and moral approach is to engage them with an Employee Assistance Program to see if they can be offered help and counselling, while supporting them with suitable duties and/or leave without pay. This is much better than just throwing them out and impacting their families as well. That only leads to other issues. Hopefully your employer will see the light

Sharks star stood down after positive test as police charge half for DUI with suspended licence

Aahhhhh yes….the old okey doke

Sharks star stood down after positive test as police charge half for DUI with suspended licence

Article says licence suspended.
I think a lapsed licence would be called something like ‘non-licenced’. Could be wrong.

And Dragons BBQ-gate – although we weren’t winning much anyway

Would be interesting culturally to see if he was already impaired when he drove away from his team mates house and whether they know he doesn’t have a licence.
