ROUND 9 – PACQUIAO vs MARQUEZ
This fight is picking up the pace and turning into something special. Pacquiao has upped his aggression and forcing it into a firefight. Marquez nails him a couple of time but Pacs aggression has got him this round on my card.
10-9 Pac
6-3 marquez

ROUND 8 – PACQUIAO vs MARQUEZ
A less eventful round than the last one and a lot more even to but it seems Marquez is having a lot easier time finding Pac than the other way around. Pac really needs to try something different as he is coasting to a loss here.
Marquez 10=9

ROUND 7 – PACQUIAO vs MARQUEZ
This is heading closer and closer to upset town. Marquez lands two booming right hands in this round as well as some nice combinations. Pacquiao is opening up a bit more but still a marquez round.

ROUND 6 – PACQUIAO vs MARQUEZ
Pac–Man is picking it up now. Marquez got some shots in but he’s getting a bit wild at times which is giving Pac the openings to get back in the fight
10-9 Pac

ROUND 5 – PACQUIAO vs MARQUEZ
Marquez is turning it up this round. He starts with some good body work and then starts to find openings at will throughout the rest of the round. Pacquaio is getting frustrated and banging his gloves together as a sign to get moving. He better start soon.
10-9 Marquez
49-36 Marquez

ROUND 4 – PACQUIAO vs MARQUEZ
Pacquiao starting to get his timing down even more and is landing more regularly. Pace is picking up but Marquez isn’t going anywhere. They trade fairely evenly for the majority of the road with Paq getting the better of it until the last 30 seconds where Marquez lands a brilliant counter to steal the rounmd.
10-9 Marquez
39-37 Marquz

ROUND 3 – PACQUIAO vs MARQUEZ
Marquez continues with the success he gained in the second. It’s getting closer as Pacquaio appears to be getting his timing down but Marquez still landed a solid uppercut in that round as well a couple of combinations. Pacquiaio got some good shots at the end of the round, but not enough to take it.
10-9 Marquez
29-28 Marquez

ROUND 2 – PACQUIAO vs MARQUEZ
Pac looking like he’s trying to be a bit too clever with Marquez this round, and Marquez is making him miss. A great right hand lands for Marquez midway through the round as well. Interesting stuff.
Marquez 10-9

ROUND 1 – PACQUIAO vs MARQUEZ
Caution round for both men as they size it up. Interestingly, Pacquaio is landing the better of the jabs. A brief flurry in the middle of the round sees Pacquiao land good up top while Marquez is successful downstairs. Pacquiao looks quicker but good round.
Pac 10-9

It’s probably unAustralian of me, but Marquez’s mariachi band beats out AC/DC for walkout music.

And that’s it, Bradley drops Casamayor with a big body shot at the end of the 8th round and the fight is waived off. Decent win for Bradley, but Casamayor is pretty shot and should probably retire.

Pacquaio vs Marquez III: Live updates, blog
Bradley drops Casamayor with a brutal body shot in the fifth round and begins to work exclusively to the body for the rest of the round with decent success. Bradley’s completely taking this over.
Pacquaio vs Marquez III: Live updates, blog
Bradley controlling Casamayor pretty easily in the opening couple of rounds. He’s not getting it all his way, but he’s doing enough to take the rounds.

A good couple of fights to start this card. Tim Bradley vs. Casamayor up now. Bradley might end up fighting Amir Khan sometime next year, so this should be interesting.

Crazy crazy power from Dos Santos. I fully expect Alistair Overeem to trounce Brock Lesnar in December. If that is the case we are going to have a helluva fight on our hands.

ROUND 1 – VELASQUEZ vs. DOS SANTOS
Velasquez throws a heavy leg kick that Dos Santos counters with a right hand. Velasquez again works Dos Santos’ lead leg successfully. Dos Santos tries to return the favour and his kick is nearly caught by the champ. Another hard leg kick by Velasquez. Out of nowhere Dos Santos lands a huge overhand right behind Velasquez’s ear. Velasquez drops to his knees and retreats to his back. Dos Santos smells blood and follows him down and a series of right hand forces Velasquez to turtle and the bout is stopped.
Dos Santos is the new UFC Heavyweight Champion!

ROUND 10 – PACQUIAO vs MARQUEZ
Close round in the tenth. Not as open and crazy as the previous round but fun nonetheless. Pac gets caught by a Marquez shot and suffers a cut. He immediately informs his corner. He doesn’t like it very much. Close round but I’ll go with Marquez.
10-9 Marquez.
