He’s an issue, but Judge cannot be absolved of any responsibility. If he does get another year then he needs to make the right decision with the next OC, it’s not as if the roster has zero talent.

That’s true, but since the 2011 title they have 2 winning and 7 (soon to be 8) losing seasons. Clearly something needs to change for them to become contenders again, and Judge (alongside Gettleman) is at the top of the list.
